The four sisters in the four directions are like the main deity. All are sixteen years old. Meditate on them in a graceful and joyful manner. Light radiates from the heart center. From the abode of the sky goddesses, the snowy mountains. From the palace of pure white clouds. Invite and absorb the wisdom deity.
