药师佛的禅修念诵，生活方便道。 药师佛的禅修念诵，生活方便道。 药师佛的禅修念诵，生活方便道正文。皈依发心为先导，显有世间皆为毗琉璃之自性。由清净显现所成，于净土庄严之中央。莲月之座上，由阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）圆满转变。为利有情而行持，药师琉璃光如来。镇地等持，毗琉璃之光彩。具足六味八功德，手持胜幡。由无明因所转变之疾病。息灭四百零四种痛苦，未转变者令其安乐。于您前皈依，顶礼供养。不隐瞒过失，随喜善行。从无明病中出离，转法轮。祈愿长久住世，善根圆满菩提回向。愿怙主您之意与我等成一体。如是说诵，心专注在心间月垫上，阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）周围绕以བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ（藏文：བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ，梵文天城体：भैषज्य，梵文罗马拟音：bhaiṣajye，汉语字面意思：药），并观想光芒放射和收摄，使有情众生从三种毒的疾病中解脱，尽力念诵后。于三轮体空之状态中入定，并回向善根。此乃应多康意隆巴·吉美日嘉之请，由嘉瓦苗裔让炯多杰所作。 药师佛的禅修念诵，生活方便道。

The Meditation and Recitation of the Medicine Buddha, A Path of Ease for Life. Proceeding with refuge and bodhicitta, all phenomena and existence are the nature of lapis lazuli. In the center of a pure realm adorned, formed from pure appearances. On a lotus and moon seat, from the complete transformation of the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). The Buddha, the Medicine Guru, acts for the benefit of beings. Earth-pressing samadhi, the radiance of lapis lazuli. Possessing six tastes and eight qualities, holding the victory banner. Diseases transformed from the cause of ignorance. Pacifying the suffering of four hundred and four ailments, transforming the untransformed into happiness. I take refuge in you, offer prostrations and offerings. Not concealing faults, rejoicing in virtue. Expelling breath from the disease of ignorance, turning the wheel of Dharma. May you live for kalpas, dedicating the merit to perfect enlightenment. May your mind, O Protector, become one with ours! Saying this, focus the mind on the moon seat in the heart, with the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) surrounded by བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ (Tibetan: བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भैषज्य, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaiṣajye, Literal Chinese meaning: medicine), and visualize rays of light radiating and contracting, liberating beings from the diseases of the three poisons, reciting as much as possible. Finally, settle into samadhi in the state of the three spheres being non-objective, and dedicate the merit.
