贤者寂静之日常修持： 贤者寂静之日常修持： 贤者寂静之日常修持：做了皈依发心和七支供之后，自己心间白色的阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿），以光芒极其炽盛，焚烧异熟之身和习气，从空性中圆满忆念，自己是无垢的贤者，身色青白，跏趺坐，眉毛浓密，胡须长，身穿白色裙子和法衣，左右手拿着净瓶和长柄念珠，宣说明咒，周围有十万贤者围绕。如此观想清楚的心间，在日垫上，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字的周围，咒鬘旋转的光芒，平息所有疾病、邪魔、罪障和障碍，遣除外道的明咒。嗡 札姆 杜 札 纳 札姆 杜 匝 匝（藏文：ཏྲཾ་དུ་ཏྲི་ན་ཏྲཾ་དུ་ཛཿཛཿ ）念诵力所能及的次数后，向三宝顶礼！以三宝的谛实力，以因果不虚的谛实力，以甚深法性的谛实力，以秘密咒语、明咒的威力，以贤者寂静和忿怒的谛实力，将外道的明咒、诅咒，以及遍布、造作、缘起中，对寿命和生命作祟的，诅咒、降伏、诅咒和损害，都返回到他们自己身上成为刽子手。佛陀战胜了魔军，以正法战胜了非法，僧众战胜了外道，帝释天战胜了阿修罗，阿修罗战胜了月亮，金翅鸟战胜了海洋的龙族，彻底击败了他们。如火焚烧木柴，如风摧毁云朵，如金刚穿透珍宝山洞，以贤者的谛实力而安住。以所有这些谛实力，现在将诅咒遣除！念诵后拍手。这个贤者还阳法，是掌握八部精要的猛咒，虽然非常重要，但由于遣除诅咒的甚深名声，与诺尔炯的喧嚣混杂在一起，参与了随心所欲的猛烈诅咒修法，因此八部的违逆，显现和不显现的都聚集在一起，与时机成熟的果报感受一同体验，为了利益那些看到这种情况的人，以可靠的智慧和获得传承，为了那些没有进行修持的人的日常修持，生起利他之心，祈愿赐予智慧和慈悲。

The Daily Practice of the Peaceful Sage: The Daily Practice of the Peaceful Sage: The Daily Practice of the Peaceful Sage: After taking refuge and generating the seven-branch offering, in one's own heart, a white Ah (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), with extremely blazing light, burns away the ripened body and habitual tendencies, from emptiness, perfect recollection arises, oneself is the stainless Sage, body color bluish-white, seated in vajra posture, eyebrows thick and beard long, wearing a white skirt and monastic robes, in the right and left hands holding a kundika and a long mala, uttering the vidya mantra, surrounded by a hundred thousand Sages. Thus, clearly visualized in the heart, on a sun cushion, at the end of the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable, the light from the rotating mantra garland, pacifies all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obstacles, and reverses the inimical vidya mantras. Oṃ traṃ du tri na traṃ du jaḥ jaḥ (Tibetan: ཏྲཾ་དུ་ཏྲི་ན་ཏྲཾ་དུ་ཛཿཛཿ ) After reciting as much as possible, I prostrate to the Three Jewels! By the truth of the Three Jewels, by the truth of the unfailing cause and effect, by the truth of the profound nature of reality, by the power of secret mantras and vidya mantras, by the truth of the peaceful and wrathful Sages, may the inimical vidya mantras, curses, and all that pervades, fabricates, and arises from interdependent origination, that attacks life and lifespan, curses, subjugations, curses, and harms, be turned back upon themselves to become their own executioners. The Buddha defeated the maras, with Dharma, may the non-Dharma be defeated. The Sangha defeated the heretics, Indra defeated the asuras, the asuras defeated the moon, the garuda defeated the nagas of the ocean, utterly defeating them. Just as fire burns firewood, just as wind destroys clouds, just as vajra penetrates a precious cave, may it be firmly established by the truth of the Sages. By all these truths, may curses be reversed today! After reciting, clap hands. This Sage's reversion practice is a powerful mantra that grasps the essence of the eight classes, although it is very important, but due to the profound fame of reversing curses, mixed with the clamor of Norgyong, engaging in the practice of fierce curses at will, therefore the opposition of the eight classes, both visible and invisible, are gathered together, and experiencing the feelings of ripened karmic results together, in order to benefit those who see this situation, with reliable wisdom and having received the lineage, for the daily practice of those who have not undertaken the practice, generating altruistic intention, may wisdom and compassion be bestowed.
