From her true emanations, I will explain the offering to the five medicinal sister goddesses that have arisen, condensing its essence. In a secluded place, arrange offerings, tormas, etc., and purify all the objects by preceding with one's own yoga. From emptiness, from the syllable "Hūṃ" (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arises a vast and spacious white silk tent. In its beautiful center, visualize the tormas made of divine substances and samadhi, manifesting all desired qualities, transforming into great clouds like the wheel of the treasury of space. Increase the mantra of the treasury of space. Then, visualize the wheel of samaya. Namely: All dharmas are primordially abiding in their own nature, emptiness is free from elaboration and characteristics, yet appearances are the power of interdependent origination, the unobstructed play of skillful means. In the center surrounded by snow mountains, meadows bloom with various flowers, a reservoir of nectar fills the ground, a realm of swirling clouds and mist. As if moonlight were woven into threads, the pure white tent of Kashi, adorned with the colors of Indra's bow (梵文，汉语： इंद्र धनुष，罗马转写：Indradhanus，汉语：因陀罗之弓，即彩虹), is vast, spacious, and beautifully arranged. From the emanations of the five wisdoms of the one mother of all Buddhas, Vajra Yogini, in this snowy land of Tibet, the chief of the protectors who uphold the white side. In the center is Tseringma, white and radiant, holding a vajra long-life vase, riding a white snow lion. In front is the blue-faced, beautiful-faced one, waving a mirror banner of illusion, riding a white-faced musk deer. To the right is the unwavering, yellow-faced one, holding a food platter filled with a hundred supreme tastes, riding a striped tiger. Behind is the red-faced one with a topknot, holding a treasure chest of jewels, riding a female white-tailed deer. 吉祥长寿五姐妹，以及守护藏地十二尊丹玛等，所有显有世间的十万女众部。往昔是智慧空行母，降伏魔鬼的狮面空行母，以及长寿不死的莲花生（梵文：Padmasambhava），赐予灌顶并宣说了金刚誓言。特别是瑜伽自在者，为了这些美丽的女子们，作为本尊，赐予了俱生觉悟。五位天女在面前，献上了秘密的自生心髓。向具足传承的至尊，誓约为护法空行母，若违背誓言将堕入地狱。 因此，具德金刚持，请如巴扎多杰的教言般行持。护法请守护教言，以禅定咒语加持的广大供品朵玛，请享用。为了雪域藏地的教法和众生，赐予利益安乐的喜宴，特别是为了持教士夫们，身躯康健，事业弘扬四方。为了瑜伽士我等师徒眷属，请守护免受疾病邪魔障碍，所有不顺之方皆寂灭，吉祥长寿福德增长。所有世间和寂静的吉祥，毫无阻碍地摄集于手中。总之，所有与法相应的思想行为，请成办如意成就的事业。念诵完后，若有本尊像，则祈请坚住，若无则祈请返回本位。观想所有眷属也欢喜返回。于不可思议的誓言者，安住于光明大手印的境界中。这是门尊五姐妹的，祈请供养易于修持的心髓精华。结合成就者的口诀，祈愿降下吉祥大雨。此乃利津之比丘曼殊廓喀所著，愿善妙莲花盛开，悉地愿增吉祥！吉祥圆满！吉祥长寿五姐妹的祈供简轨《降下吉祥雨》。

The five sisters of Tashi Tsering, and the twelve Tenma who protect Tibet, etc., all the hundred thousand female assembly of phenomenal existence. In the past, they were wisdom dakinis, the lion-faced dakini who subdues demons, and the immortal Padmasambhava, who bestowed empowerment and proclaimed the vajra vows. In particular, the yogi master, for these beautiful women, as yidam, bestowed the co-emergent realization. The five goddesses in front of them, offered the secret self-born heart essence. To the venerable lineage holders, they vowed to be Dharma protectors and dakinis, vowing that if they break the vows, they will fall into hell. Therefore, the glorious Vajradhara, please act according to the words of Bazha Dorje. Dharma protectors, please guard the teachings, and accept this vast offering torma blessed by samadhi mantras. For the teachings and beings of the snowy land of Tibet, grant the feast of benefit and happiness, especially for the upholders of the teachings, may their bodies be healthy and their activities spread in all directions. For us yogis and our entourage, please protect us from diseases, demons, and obstacles, and pacify all unfavorable directions, increase auspiciousness, longevity, and prosperity. May all the auspicious signs of samsara and nirvana be gathered into our power without hindrance. In short, may all thoughts and actions in accordance with the Dharma accomplish the activities of wish-fulfilling accomplishment. After reciting this, if there is a representation of the main guests of the torma, then request them to remain, and if not, then request them to return to their place. Visualize that all the retinue also happily return. For the inconceivable vow-holders, abide in the state of clear light Mahamudra. This is the heart essence of the easy-to-practice offering of the five great Men-tsun sisters. Combining the oral instructions of the accomplished ones, may a great rain of auspiciousness fall.
