黑药不死甘露幻轮。 黑药不死甘露幻轮。 ༈ 黑药不死甘露幻轮之名成立。 嗡 阿 塔。 敬礼药师佛。 黑药不死甘露之幻轮，书写轮。 龙之黑猪，精华献于何处？ 四友：白芥子、黄连、除奴木、青木香，各一帕尔，具力焚烧。 不可或缺之大药，水精少许，秘密药二种加入。 以红花水沐浴，以糖蜜调和。 各自集合之口诀，伴随威力。 迎请于克敌疾病之上，有何不能摧毁？ 名副其实，名为不死甘露。 若无二足众生续命之物，末世瘟疫如何能摧毁？ 四百零四种疾病，一一列举，一一解说亦不能尽。 是故如此修持自明幻轮。 瘟疫总类，合用五妙药汤。 肠道疾病，合用伊努四味和胆粉七味。 血胆过多，黄连、蓬莪术、苦参。 痘疹，合用四种热病药和一种秘密药。 感冒，加入阿如拉、持松子、狗黄。 癫痫，加入麝香、没药、红花灰。 咽喉肿痛，加入杀、收、生、伏、持松子。 各种热病，加入麝香、没药、吉姆三种。 特别是降临于胃部的瘟疫，此配方犹如甘露。 加入石精、白茯苓、吸铁石、金莲花，能消除胃部血胆。 热病、鬼病、亚玛、贝洛、象鼻草，加入黑糖，效果极佳。 寒症、气症偏盛，合用麻努四味汤。 寒性偏重且胃虚弱时，合用四、五、八种豆蔻和肉豆蔻。 水肿病，加入利尿药亦吉祥。 总之，无需辨别寒热病症。 任何病症，服用一次即可，经验证有效。 常与石精合用，能完全制服。 此乃一知解脱一切之诀窍。 乃达波大医之语甘露。 愿以此功德，一切众生速证菩提！ 黑药不死甘露幻轮。

For general plague, combine the five divine medicine decoction. For intestinal diseases, combine Inu four flavors and bile powder seven flavors. If blood bile is excessive, Coptis chinensis, Curcuma zedoaria, and Sophora alopecuroides. For smallpox, combine four kinds of fever medicine and one secret medicine. For colds, add Aru-ra, Zhinpa, dog yellow. For epilepsy, add musk, myrrh, saffron ash. For sore throat, add kill, collect, generate, subdue, Zhinpa.
