Again, with the intention of requesting the second empowerment, offer a mandala. The ground is sprinkled with scented water, etc. Having offered the mandala in this way, please repeat this prayer: Omniscient one, possessor of the wisdom aggregate, purifier of the wheel of existence, today's precious treasure that is taught, may the chief one bestow grace upon me. Then, in order to invoke wisdom, visualize yourselves as the commitment seals of the Fiery Hayagriva Guru, marked with three syllables at the three places, from which rays of light emanate, inviting countless assemblies of wisdom beings, who dissolve and bless the continuum. If you wish to expand, recite "Hum. Fierce Hayagriva, assembly of deities," etc., and if you wish to abbreviate, at the end of the root mantra, add: Sarva Samaya Abeshaya Phey Pho.
