And by the power of grasping and self-possession, I have been sinking in the ocean of samsara since beginningless time. Whatever sins and downfalls I have accumulated through afflictions and karma, I confess with intense regret and lamentation. Originally, it is the all-good Samantabhadra, the spontaneously perfect awareness-emptiness. Although it transcends the characteristics of dualistic appearances, all the wrong views that have arisen due to the delusion of ignorance, I confess them in the space of equality, the non-dual nature of reality. In short, the root is the supreme body, speech, and mind, and the branches are the broken samayas. If I confess and repair them with remorse from the depths of my heart, I pray that you purify them and grant me accomplishments. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Hūṃ. May the deficiencies be filled and the conceptual obscurations be purified in the dharmadhātu. May the negative karma and obscurations be purified in their own place without being abandoned.
