Having prepared, take empowerment etc. for the sake of accomplishment. In any case, recite four hundred thousand mantras, including the completion. The visualization for recitation is explained in the text. The meaning of the mantra: Om Ah Hum are the seed syllables of the three vajras. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum). Vajra Ratna Ayushe, for the sake of the life of Vajra Jewel. (Tibetan: བཛྲ་རཏྣ་ཨཱ་ཡུཥེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र रत्न आयुषे, Sanskrit Romanized: vajra ratna āyuṣe, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Jewel Life). Hum Bhrum, may the mind be stable. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ भ्रुँ, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum Bhrum). Tshe Bhrum, may life be stable. (Tibetan: ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: चे भ्रुँ, Sanskrit Romanized: ce bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Life Bhrum). Yu Bhrum, may the soul be stable. (Tibetan: གཡུ་བྷྲཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ग्यु भ्रुँ, Sanskrit Romanized: gyu bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Soul Bhrum). Nri Bhrum, may the vital force be stable. (Tibetan: ནྲྀ་བྷྲཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ भ्रुँ, Sanskrit Romanized: nṛ bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Life force Bhrum). Bandha Bhrum, may the bindu be stable. (Tibetan: བནྡྷ་བྷྲཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बन्ध भ्रुँ, Sanskrit Romanized: bandha bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Bandha Bhrum). Ayu Jñana Bhrum, may life and wisdom be stable. (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཡུཛྙཱ་ན་བྷྲཱྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आयु ज्ञाना भ्रुँ, Sanskrit Romanized: āyu jñāna bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Life Wisdom Bhrum). Om is the introduction to the mantra. Amārani, without death. (Tibetan: ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमरणि, Sanskrit Romanized: amāraṇi, Literal Chinese meaning: Without death). Jivanti Siddhi Phala, the excellent accomplishment of the continuity of life. (Tibetan: ཛི་བནྟི་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: जिवन्ति सिद्धि फल, Sanskrit Romanized: jivanti siddhi phala, Literal Chinese meaning: Living Accomplishment Fruit). Hum, gather. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). This is for the sake of accomplishing the indestructible, possessing three purities, Vajra Jewel life, to stabilize life, to stabilize the support, consciousness, and the aggregates that separate them, and based on that, to make the accomplishment of life and wisdom stable and powerful. From this, one can elaborate many meanings, but for now, it is set aside. The completion fire offering for the retreat, even if not done specifically, is fine. If you want to do it elaborately, do it according to the general secret practice of the Nyingma school of Vajrayana. The tsok offering etc. are also the same as that. Secondly, the completion stage: In this very text, only the method of vase breathing and the absorption into clear light through the dissolution phase appear, which should also be meditated on during the generation stage. If you want to pursue it in detail, receive the Tummo Seven Day practice with oral instructions and especially the Immortal Wind Practice etc. from a qualified master with lineage. Other branches are: For the sake of eliminating obstacles to life and increasing auspicious connections for longevity etc., various different methods of performing activities can be practiced by a yogi who is suitable for practice. In particular, if one relies properly on the essence extraction of flowers and pebbles, the essence extraction of wind and awareness etc., which come from this Kagyu lineage, one will definitely become the master of the Vidyadharas who have attained immortality. The recitation for the method of practicing the retreat based on the single self-generation described above is: Refuge and Bodhicitta, the four immeasurables are meditated on as usual, Om.

Purify through emptiness (Sva-bhāva) and so forth. In an instant, within the great Vajra (mandala), all places become palace celestial mansions, eight-petaled, square, with four doors and iron fences. Thus and so forth, as usual. When self and front are non-different, and when inviting and merging wisdom, it is sufficient to do only oneself. At the end of the recitation, meditate on the completion stage. Again, like a fish leaping out of the water, arise as the deity of the session break. Protect the three places. Dedication, aspiration, auspicious words, etc., by doing them, the purpose is accomplished. This was recorded by the recluse Manjushrikirti, may the life and wisdom of all the world increase (Āyurjñānavardhantu sarvajagatām).
