無量壽佛精華攝取傳承祈請文，賜予不死成就。 無量壽佛精華攝取傳承祈請文，賜予不死成就。 名為無量壽佛精華攝取傳承祈請文，賜予不死成就之文。南無無量壽佛怙主蓮花生，益西措嘉多吉托麥匝，蓮花事業伏藏主洲（蓮花事業洲，即蓮師化身之一），祈請賜予不死之成就。昂旺洛哲，昂旺吉麥夏，不變殊勝成就，蓮花持壽力，吉麥果恰根本上師，祈請賜予不死之成就。壇城主尊蓮花長壽佛，五部顱鬘父佛母佛幻化舞，本尊空行護法伏藏主，祈請賜予不死之成就。如是祈請之加持，從輪迴中定出離，生起菩提心二種，如法依止金剛上師，成熟相續誓言如命守護願。生起次第深奧，所顯現皆為本尊身，風心自在，四喜圓滿於中脈，本淨任運，從金剛密道中，成就無死智慧賜吉祥。如是漢地無量壽佛精華攝取傳承祈請文，亦是從蔣貢喇嘛不變教增長處，獲得甘露之欽哲旺波所作，善哉！ 無量壽佛精華攝取傳承祈請文，賜予不死成就。

This is the text called "The Lineage Supplication of Amitayus Essence Extraction, Granting Deathless Accomplishment." Homage to Amitabha, the protector Padmasambhava, Yeshe Tsogyal, Dorje Tokme Tsal, Pema Trinley, the Terdak Lingpa (Pema Trinley Lingpa, one of the incarnations of Padmasambhava), I pray, grant the accomplishment of deathlessness. Ngawang Lodro, Ngawang Jigme Zhab, Immutable Supreme Accomplishment, Pema Tshewang Tsal, Jigme Gocha, to the root lama, I pray, grant the accomplishment of deathlessness. The chief deity of the mandala, Pema Amitayus, the five families, skull garland, father and mother, emanated dance, Yidam, Dakini, Dharma Protector, Terdak, I pray, grant the accomplishment of deathlessness. Through the blessings of praying in this way, may definite emergence from samsara arise, and the two aspects of Bodhicitta be born. May I rely on the Vajra Master properly, and protect the ripened samaya vows like my life. Through the profound generation stage, may whatever appears arise as the deity's form. May I gain control over wind and mind, and may the four joys be perfected in the central channel. From the path of the primordially pure, spontaneously present Vajra, grant the auspiciousness of accomplishing deathless wisdom. Thus, this supplication of the Amitayus Essence Extraction lineage from the Chinese land, also from Jamyang Kongtrul Lama, the unchanging source of the teachings' increase, having obtained the nectar, Khentse Wangpo composed it, may it be virtuous!
