Three lion faces, blue, white, and red, shake iron meteoric hair, emanating emanations of her own form. Each face possesses three eyes, and on the crown of her head are three green-black horse heads, their mouths open towards the expanse of the sky, emitting the neighing sound of a vajra horse. Of her six arms, the three right hands hold a curved knife, an iron hook, and a subjugator of enemies; the three left hands hold a skull cup of blood, a khatvanga staff, and a khaṭvāṅga, and her left elbow holds up a divination board. Naked, adorned with bone ornaments and snakes, and wearing a tiger skin, the lower part of her body pierces the hearts of enemies and obstacles with the point of a phurba. Her body is adorned with many eyes of wisdom. She dwells in the midst of a blazing and tumultuous fire. On her forehead are the syllables Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), etc., and she is crowned with Akṣobhya. Oṃ Vajra Ḍākinī Siṃhamukhā Krodhī Kālī Arghaṃ, etc., and Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽).
