From that, light radiates and gathers, completely transforming into the wisdom dakini, the Lion-Faced Wrathful Black Mother. Her body is dark blue-black, her lion face is white, she has three eyes gazing to the right, and from the midst of her shaking iron hair, she emanates armies of dakinis and the eight classes of gods and demons. From the pores of her skin, sparks of fire crackle and flash, and she utters the sounds of hail and Vishnu. From the doors of her senses, rain of blood falls. Her right hand raises a vajra hooked knife into the sky, and her left hand feeds the enemy's heart into her mouth. On her elbow, she holds aloft a demon's divination board, and around her waist hang a mamo's paint box and a disease bag. Her entire body is filled with eyes, and she is naked and unadorned. With her left leg extended in a standing posture, she dwells in the midst of blazing wisdom fire, her forehead adorned with Akshobhya, beginning with O (藏文，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：o，汉语字面意思：O) and so forth.
