般若波罗蜜多一字心髓口诀。 般若波罗蜜多一字心髓口诀。 ༈ 般若波罗蜜多一字心髓口诀名，敬礼。 那摩 咕如 钵啦枳娘 巴啦弥打耶。（藏文，梵文天城体：नमः गुरु प्रज्ञापारमितायै，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ guru prajñāpāramitāyai，汉语字面意思：敬礼 गुरु 般若波罗蜜多）。 欲修持般若波罗蜜多心髓一字法者，沐浴后于舒适之座，结跏趺坐，现前菩提心之忆念。先念诵三遍皈依佛法僧众。 嗡 梭巴瓦 须达 萨瓦 达玛 梭巴瓦 须多杭。（藏文，梵文天城体： ॐ स्वभाव शुद्धाः सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净，一切法自性清净我）。 于空性中，自身刹那化为般若波罗蜜多，身色如纯金般光耀，一面四臂。右第一手持剑扬于虚空，左第一手结禅定印，右第二手持念珠，左第二手持经书。以丝绸和珍宝之饰品庄严全身，双足以等立之姿站立。如是念诵并观想。 言思无尽般若波罗蜜多，不生不灭，本性如虚空。各别自证，乃是智慧之行境。顶礼三世诸佛之母。 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵住于王舍城（Rajgir，位于比哈尔邦）鹫峰山中，与比丘大僧团一千二百五十人，以及无数百千万俱胝之菩萨众同处。 尔时，薄伽梵告具寿阿难陀言：阿难陀，此般若波罗蜜多一字法，为利益安乐一切有情，汝当受持。即如是等语为开端，忆念劝请听闻之义，诵至究竟。自身明观为本尊之身，将此明观融入空性之中。于舌尖执持一“阿”字，亦不作意，安住于离戏空性之中，念诵二十一次“阿”。之后，于缘起如幻之状态中，薄伽梵如是宣说，具寿阿难陀，以及诸比丘，彼等大菩萨

The Quintessential Profound Instruction of the Single-Syllable Prajñāpāramitā. The Quintessential Profound Instruction of the Single-Syllable Prajñāpāramitā. ༈ The Quintessential Profound Instruction of the Single-Syllable Prajñāpāramitā, homage. Namo Guru Prajñāpāramitāyai. (藏文，梵文天城体：नमः गुरु प्रज्ञापारमितायै，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ guru prajñāpāramitāyai，汉语字面意思：Homage to the Guru Prajñāpāramitā). For those who wish to practice the single-syllable essence of the Prajñāpāramitā, having bathed and seated comfortably in the lotus position, bring forth the remembrance of bodhicitta. Precede by reciting the refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha three times. Oṃ Svabhāva Śuddhāḥ Sarva Dharmāḥ Svabhāva Śuddho'ham. (藏文，梵文天城体： ॐ स्वभाव शुद्धाः सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham，汉语字面意思：Om, by nature pure, all dharmas are pure by nature, I am). From within emptiness, one's own self instantaneously transforms into Prajñāpāramitā, with a body color like the radiance of pure gold, one face and four arms. The first right hand holds a sword aloft in the sky, the first left hand forms the gesture of meditation, the second right hand holds a rosary, and the second left hand holds a book. Adorned with all ornaments of silk and jewels, standing with both feet in equal stance. Recite and contemplate in this way. The inexpressible, inconceivable Prajñāpāramitā, unborn and unceasing, whose essence is like the sky. Individually self-aware, the realm of wisdom. I prostrate to the mother of the Buddhas of the three times. Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan was dwelling on Vulture Peak in Rajagriha (Rajgir, located in Bihar), together with a great Sangha of monks, thirteen hundred and fifty in number, and many billions of bodhisattvas. At that time, the Bhagavan spoke to the venerable Ānanda, saying: Ānanda, this single-syllable Prajñāpāramitā is for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, therefore, hold it. Thus, with such words as the beginning, remembering the meaning of the exhortation to listen, recite to the end. Clearly visualize oneself as the deity's form, dissolving this visualization into emptiness. Hold the mind on just the syllable "A" at the tip of the tongue, without focusing on it, and rest the mind in the state of simplicity and emptiness, reciting "A" twenty-one times. Then, within the state of interdependent arising being like an illusion, the Bhagavan spoke thus, and the venerable Ānanda, and those monks, and those great bodhisattvas.

所有人都随喜赞叹通达般若波罗蜜多后，对薄伽梵所说显现赞颂。如是圆满随喜。即使念诵很多遍，也要从顶礼开始重复。最后，以此功德愿速得 成就一切智者位，降伏一切过失之怨敌，救度众生脱离生死苦，生老病死之波涛汹涌的 有海。如是等等回向发愿。如是圆满修持前行、正行、后行三者，则与念诵一遍广般若经的功德相同，象征着有无量利益，守护所有魔障和魔众的阻碍，并将迅速证悟一切法的真实性。此乃包含古籍阐明在内的要义精华，愿以此善行，令一切众生迅速证得般若波罗蜜多的果位。悉地热图。萨瓦芒嘎朗巴瓦图。 般若波罗蜜多一字心髓甚深口诀。

After everyone rejoices and understands the Perfection of Wisdom, they manifestly praise what the Bhagavan has spoken. Thus, complete the rejoicing. Even if reciting many times, repeat starting from prostration. Finally: By this merit, may all attain the state of omniscience, vanquish all enemies of faults, and liberate beings from the ocean of existence, turbulent with the waves of birth, old age, sickness, and death. Thus, make dedications and aspirations. Having practiced the three—preliminary, main part, and conclusion—completely in this way, it is equivalent to the merit of reciting the extensive Prajnaparamita Sutra once, symbolizing immeasurable benefits, protecting against all hindrances of demons and demonic forces, and one will quickly realize the suchness of all phenomena. This, being the essence of the meaning condensed with the clarification of ancient texts, may this virtue cause all beings to quickly attain the state of the Perfection of Wisdom. Siddhi rastu. Sarva mangalam bhavatu. The profound essence of the single-syllable Prajnaparamita instruction.
