I urge you to remain for hundreds of eons and turn the wheel of Dharma. Through the power of dedicating all the collections of merit arising from such accumulation to the essence of enlightenment, May I and all other beings in all lifetimes Be cared for by the supreme spiritual friends. May we be certain to renounce samsara and have pure discipline, Train our minds with the ocean-like conduct of the bodhisattvas, And realize the ultimate bodhicitta That transcends self, aggregates, and consciousness. In particular, may we perfectly meditate on the pleasing forms Of the Sugata, the King of Medicine, And through the power of diligently reciting the profound dharani mantras, May both obscurations together with their seeds be utterly purified. Furthermore, may all sickness, evil influences, and harm be pacified, And may the good fortune of long life, glory, and wealth greatly increase, So that all Dharma-abiding thoughts and actions For temporary and ultimate benefit and happiness may be accomplished as wished.

At the end of life, may the Sugatas and their children, Visibly embrace me, comforting me with their words, And having been born miraculously in a pure realm, May I swiftly accomplish the two benefits.
