Represented by focus and recitation, recite as much as possible with a single-pointed mind, such as hundreds of thousands of times. When rising from meditation, join palms and recite: "Victorious Mother of all Buddhas, Vajravarahi, please grant me the ability to hold many scriptures, to explain, debate, and compose. Grant me the wisdom to know the ten sciences, and the inexhaustible accomplishment of eloquent speech." Like this, pray for what you desire. Visualize that light radiates from the (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Shame) syllable at your heart, transforming into a seat of light, and dissolving into yourself. Offer the first torma to the Bhagavan Mother according to the sadhana. The second torma is offered through the general ganachakra of the dakinis. If there is a wisdom being, request them to remain; if not, with (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र मुः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra muḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Vajra Muḥ) request them to depart together with the worldly beings. By this virtue, may I quickly attain Vajravarahi. And so forth, dedicate and make aspirations. Again, in the evening session, do as before, except for offering the torma. With the pride of the deity of your own session, think that all the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas are vividly present at the head of your bed, and offer and prostrate to them. In the state of appearing as a deity, lie down in the lion posture. At dawn, visualize Vajravarahi and the assembly of dakinis urging you on with songs of mantras from the sky. Rising in the state of still being clear as a deity, enter into yoga in the order of three or four sessions. At the end of the later session, offer the torma. The amount of recitation is to recite only the long (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Shame) syllable with a tsek-drak seven hundred thousand times. Even if signs do not appear with that, repeat it three times or so until the signs that will appear below are seen. When signs appear or the number of recitations is completed, release the retreat on the morning of an auspicious waxing moon day. Other things, such as what to abandon and what to adopt in retreat, should be understood as in the general sadhana texts. In order to complete the recitation, previous practitioners believed that one should also perform activities relying on beans. The method of how to do it is similar to White Manjushri and so on, except that the special thing is that pure white horse meat is offered. By striving single-mindedly in this way, one will obtain the common qualities mentioned above, and in particular, expertise in all treatises, immeasurable courage fearless of debaters, complete victory over all obstructing forces, and especially the secret...

The lamas have said that one can obtain great power of wisdom to understand the meaning of mantras by reciting this. If a yogi with stable signs of accomplishment blesses a skull cup with mantras for seven days, whoever it is given to, even if they are foolish, will become a poet. If one especially praises rock candy and writes the syllable "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Abandonment) on the tongue of a newborn child, they will attain perfect wisdom. If one blesses foods such as ghee and sugar, they will accomplish essence extraction. It is certain that limitless benefits can be obtained through these methods. This was written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, an unattached yogi with unwavering faith in this supreme deity, who extracted the essence from Chinese texts and the writings of Sachen Mati Panchen, and compiled it. May this light of goodness spread throughout the three realms! A concise and clear method for the practice of White Sow (referring to Prajnaparamita) that clarifies wisdom, bestowing the light of wisdom.
