以咒鬘为标志。从中放射光芒。供养圣者。成办有情之事。所有佛陀和菩萨的慈悲加持能力，以及三界所有稳定和移动的精华全部汇集融入咒鬘。从中降下甘露之流，以融入丸药之想念诵咒语。最后，观想咒鬘连同座垫化为光融入丸药，甘露丸呈现光芒闪耀之相，并抛洒花朵，伴随依怙心咒和吉祥祈愿。如法依止此丸，将成就寿命和身体之殊胜甘露。诀窍乃搅拌水藏之精华，甚深口诀甘露之明点，愿一切众生以寿命和智慧之光，恒时庄严！此乃将古老典籍之义提炼为精华，蒋扬钦哲旺波所著，愿吉祥！ 班禅释迦室利的规制，白度母修法随许及事业仪轨，名为甘露明点。

Marked with a garland of mantras. From it radiate rays of light. Offerings are made to the noble ones. The benefit of sentient beings is accomplished. All the compassion, blessings, power, and abilities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and all the essence of the stable and moving things of the three realms are gathered and dissolved into the mantra garland. From it, a stream of nectar descends, and with the thought that it dissolves into the pills, recite the mantra. Finally, visualize the mantra garland together with its seat dissolving into light and dissolving into the pills, the nectar pills appearing as radiant and shining, and scatter flowers, accompanied by the refuge heart mantra and auspicious prayers. By relying on this pill properly, the supreme nectar of life and body will be accomplished. The key is the essence of churning the water treasure, the profound instruction, the drop of nectar, may all beings be always adorned with the light of life and wisdom! This is written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, extracting the meaning of the old scriptures into essence, may it be auspicious! The practice method and subsequent permission of White Tara according to the tradition of Panchen Shakya Shri, together with the activity manual, is called the Drop of Nectar.
