From the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) of "ga," light radiates forth. Wisdom being Vajra Samāja! Ja Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文：ཛཧཱུྃ་བི་ཧོག) merge indivisibly. Again, invite the five families of empowerment deities. Grant empowerment and purify obscurations, with Vairocana as the main deity, and Avalokiteśvara as the Bhagavan Amitābha. Vajrapāṇi, the four wrathful ones, are Akṣobhya. The two sons of gods are adorned on their heads by Ratnasambhava. The empowerment deities also dissolve into oneself. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Uttiṣṭha Vidzaya Sapariwara Argham Pratīccha Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨུཏྟཱི་ཥ་བི་ཛ་ཡ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨགྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱི་ཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ), etc., offer up to Śardā. Glorious goddess, the color of the autumn moon, three faces, eight arms, supremely beautiful, peaceful form, giver of immeasurable wisdom and supreme life, I prostrate to the feet of the Victorious One! Praise as much as you know. In the heart of the main deity, on a lotus moon, is the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). In the center of various vajras is a blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). If there is a special object to be protected, above the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) is the lama, in front are the parents, on the right are the disciples, on the left are the siblings, and behind are the attendants. It is said to meditate on them. From the clear white mantra garland, light radiates, making offerings to the noble ones, accomplishing all the purposes of beings. Gather the blessings of the compassion of the Buddhas and their sons. Dissolving into the heart essence, life, merit, wealth, and all the teachings and realizations increase. Saying and thinking this, join the palms, bend the middle finger joints, join the tips of the two thumbs, and with this giving mudra, recite the long dhāraṇī once. Then release the mudra and recite the three long, medium, and short dhāraṇīs as much as possible. Finally, recite the medium dhāraṇī, such as Oṃ Amite (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་ཏེ་), as appropriate. When concluding the session: O Āh Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ A Ām Ma Sarva Sattva Pha Rakṣa Rakṣa Kuru Svāhā (藏文：ཨོ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃཨ་ཨཱམ་མ་སརྦ་ས་ཏྭཾ་ཧྥ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ)! Three times. When the wisdom being of self-generation comes to the space in front, make offerings and praises as before. Bhagavan Namgyalma, pacify the fear of untimely death for me and all limitless sentient beings, and grant life, wisdom, and siddhis. At the end of reciting the hundred-syllable mantra three times, confess the faults of incompleteness, etc. Oṃ Vajra Mu (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུ), the wisdom wheel goes to the dharmadhātu. The samaya wheel and stupa dissolve into oneself. By this virtue, may all sentient beings, including myself, attain the immortal supreme.

May we quickly attain the state of Tara! After making such dedications and aspirations, engage in conduct. If practicing recitation, abide in bathing and cleanliness. Before each session, precede with the long mantra three times, etc., and mainly recite the ten-syllable mantra, completing ten million recitations with additions. At the end of the morning session, the wisdom being generated from oneself descends into the space in front. Perform smoke offering, purification, and blessings as usual. At the end of the mantra, add three times ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अकारो, Romanized Sanskrit: ākāro, Literal Chinese meaning: A-ka-ro), and offer the torma. Arrange clear offerings and praises, and confess transgressions.
