Namo Guru Chinta Chakra Ya! Along with the retinue, you are the mother of all victors. By remembering you, you grant the supreme life and wisdom. You are the all-encompassing refuge, the venerable Lama. I remember you from my heart; protect me with your compassionate embrace. From now until all lifetimes, May we obtain the excellent leisure and endowment, a virtuous spiritual friend with qualities. By relying on them with faith, may all the goodness of samsara and nirvana Increase through auspicious connections, venerable one. Relying on impermanence, the lower realms, and suffering, Recollecting the six recollections, the acceptance and rejection of karma and its results, From the ladder of meditative absorption, formless absorption, and samadhi, Lead us to the city of higher realms, venerable one. 莫作（མ་གྱི།）！衰败与贫穷的 黑暗全部寂灭后，黄金熔化的光鬘使有寂的，圆满兴盛，祈愿至尊母成办！红莲宝的利箭，使 稳固与变动的一切事物都聚集于掌握之中，以蓝色光芒的索，将凶暴的，全部都束缚，祈愿至尊母成办！酥油灯光芒照触之时，殊胜共同成就如雨般降临，并伴随月亮成就，再次以光芒肝脏般的网，祈愿至尊母使之稳固且具力量！以种姓之主悲悯的甘露，使 寿命福德财富青春增长，以心间法轮甘露滋养，祈愿至尊母成就不死！总而言之，愿显声觉三者被圣母的，身语意秘密加持后，以世间与出世间的成就，祈愿至尊母成办二利！此外，愿器情衰败全部寂灭，持教者足莲永固，讲修教法兴盛，一切众生圆满具足富饶，祈愿至尊母赐予吉祥景象！如是祈请从根本上策励圣母如意轮之心髓。 此与不共甚深窍诀道次第相关联者，乃释迦比丘蒋扬钦哲旺波在水牛年（1853）新年伊始之际，于吉祥圆满之日祈请，书写者为五明博学大班智达蒋扬勒谢嘉措所作之善根，愿一切众生皆能享用成就无死之喜宴！ 上师如意轮之心髓从根本上策励之祈请，成就无死寿命与智慧之妙音。

Do not (Ma gi)! May all the darkness of decline and poverty be pacified. With a garland of golden melted light, may the perfections of existence and peace increase, may the venerable mother accomplish it! With the sharp arrow of the ruby lotus, May all things stable and moving gather into your power, and with the noose of blue light, may all the violent ones be bound, may the venerable mother accomplish it! At the moment of touching with the appearance of melted butter lamp, May supreme and common accomplishments come like a rain, together with the accomplishment of the moon, again with the net of light like the liver, may the venerable mother make it stable and powerful! With the sweet nectar of compassion of the lord of the family, May life, merit, wealth, and youth flourish, nourished by the nectar of the wheel of the heart, may the venerable mother accomplish immortality! In short, may the appearance, sound, and awareness be blessed by the secret of the body, speech, and mind of the noble mother, and with the accomplishments of the mundane and supramundane, may the venerable mother accomplish the two benefits! Furthermore, may all the decline of the vessel and essence be pacified, may the feet of the upholders of the doctrine be firm, may the teaching of explanation and practice flourish, may all beings be manifestly high with the wealth of the age of perfection, may the venerable mother bestow auspicious appearances! Thus, the prayer that urges from the core of the heart of the noble mother, the wish-fulfilling wheel. This, which is related to the uncommon profound instruction of the path of the stages, was prayed for by the Shakya monk Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo on the auspicious and perfect day at the beginning of the new year of the Water Ox (1853), and the scribe was the great scholar and pandita of the five sciences, Jamyang Lekshe Gyatso, may the virtue of this cause all beings to enjoy the feast of accomplishing immortality! A melodious sound that accomplishes the deathless life and wisdom, a prayer that urges from the core of the heart of the Lama Wish-Fulfilling Wheel.
