Herein lies the White Amitayus Sadhana of the Great Accomplisher Mitra Yogin's Tradition, A Concise Illumination: Immortal Moonlight. Namo Gurubhyaḥ. Here, desiring to practice the meditation and recitation of White Amitayus in the tradition of the Great Accomplisher Mitra, proceed with refuge, bodhicitta, and the four immeasurables. Oṃ Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharmaḥ Svabhava Shuddho 'Ham. From emptiness, from Paṃ arises a lotus, and from A arises a moon, upon which is one's own mind as a white A. From this, emanate five-colored rays of stainless light, which gather back and completely transform oneself into Amitayus. Pure white, with one face and two hands in equipoise, holding a vase filled with immortal nectar. Blazing with the splendor of marks and signs, adorned with silks and jewels. Seated in the vajra posture. In the center of the heart, upon a moon, is a white A. From this, light radiates, illuminating the realms of the upper direction, arranging immeasurable qualities, inviting the Bhagavan, together with the retinue. Oṃ Vajra Samāja. Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Ho, dissolving into oneself, inseparable. At one's own crown, throat, and heart, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. In the center of the heart, upon the moon, around the white A syllable, a garland of mantras encircles, from which rays of light emanate, purifying the obscurations of all beings, increasing life, merit, and wisdom. All the blessings of the knowledge, love, and power of the noble ones gather back, dissolving into oneself, increasing life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and all qualities. Recite the long mantra or the thirty-two names, or one hundred and eight times, as much as possible. Generate certainty in the benefits mentioned in the sutras. If desired, one may first recite the benefits of the Amitayus Sutra, remembering its qualities, and then engage in mantra recitation, which is even more excellent. At the end of the session, visualize the wisdom being of the self-generation coming in front in the sky, and offer with Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Apa rimita Āyu Jñāna Saparivara Ahūṃ Pratīccha Svāhā, up to Shabda. Homage to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, the King of Glory, whose life and wisdom are immeasurable and exceedingly definite. Pray to the Bhagavan, the Protector Amitayus, to protect me and all limitless sentient beings from untimely death.

息灭怖畏，祈请赐予寿命与智慧成就。如此念诵并祈祷。 嗡 班杂 穆 智慧者降临。自身观想为誓言尊，三处以三字标示。以此善业，愿我等一切有情，迅速获得长寿怙主的果位。如是等回向发愿后，进入行为。若作近修，则需洁净，念诵陀罗尼十万遍，并加念补缺。早课结束时，自生本尊的智慧尊降临于前方虚空，如通常仪轨般，供养朵玛，进行净化加持。于陀罗尼末尾加持阿卡若三次后献供。供养赞颂，祈愿如前。念诵百字明三遍后，忏悔不足等过失。若有依凭物，则作坚住仪轨，若无，则作祈请返回等。此乃蒋扬钦哲旺波从一切智者衮却伦珠之语中提炼出的精华，愿吉祥！萨尔瓦达 芒嘎拉 巴巴度（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：愿一切时吉祥）。 成就者弥扎佐吉派系之白度母修法简明阐释《无死月光》。

Pacify fears, and grant life and wisdom attainments. Recite thus and pray. Om Vajra Mu, wisdom being descends. Visualize yourself clearly as the Samaya-sattva, marked with three syllables at the three places. Through this virtue, may I and all sentient beings quickly attain the state of the immortal protector. After such dedication and aspiration, engage in activities. If doing the approach, one must be clean and recite the dharani one hundred thousand times, including the supplementary recitation. At the end of the morning session, the wisdom being of the self-generation deity comes in the space in front, and offer the torma, purify and bless it as usual. At the end of the dharani, add Akaro three times and offer it. Offerings, praises, and requests are as before. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times, and then confess shortcomings such as incompleteness. If there is a support, then perform the stable abiding ritual, and if not, then perform the request to depart, etc. This is also the essence extracted by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo from the words of the omniscient Konchok Lhundrup, may it be auspicious! Sarva Da Mangalam Bhava Tu (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Meaning: May there be auspiciousness at all times).
