依靠于，次第第一之明相得究竟，语与意之念诵，空行之，成就悉地请作瑜伽母。内外，三界不可思议之，光明中融入之刹那间，天咒法身显现之行持，二资粮圆满请作瑜伽母。为令脉气明点成熟且清净之故，拙火之火焰开启中脉之门，气之结合令身心寂静，乐空智慧成就请作瑜伽母。如是勤奋修诵成就之威力，如成就自在者库萨里巴，从现量手之手肘执持，引导至空行城市请作瑜伽母。于彼处田生使者之众等，金刚之姿态圆满之支分，拥抱且以卒姆巴为先导，请作瑜伽母令生起等至大乐。彼时乐所牵引之空性，见道之光明现前，具足有学与无学双运七支，获得双运请作瑜伽母。若此生未得稳固，临终怙主与勇士母众，以悦意供云之前迎接，请引导至清净刹土瑜伽母。于彼处亦迷乱而漂泊中阴时，上师胜者与金刚佛母，从名预言欢喜三态之，气息格外赐予瑜伽母。总之生生世世一切生中，具德上师金刚瑜伽母，无有分离恒时摄受，赐予增长利乐善妙之吉祥。如是此世后世之希愿，唯依上师与三宝之恩德，雪域之隐士蒋扬钦哲旺波，如于遍主胜乐轮之宫殿，正士食肉魔山，胜乐轮父母之影像智慧尊显现安住之跟前祈请一般。之后亦再三祈请之善，愿我与一切众生恒时为上师至尊女所摄受。萨瓦达谢尧巴瓦度（梵文：sarvadā śreyaḥ bhavatu，愿一切时吉祥）。 上师

For the sake of ripening and purifying the channels, winds, and bindus, may the flame of tummo open the door of the central channel, and through the union of the winds, may the yogini accomplish the bliss-emptiness wisdom from the pacification of body and mind. Through the power of diligently practicing meditation, recitation, and accomplishment in this way, like the accomplished master Kusali, from the manifest elbow of the hand, lead me to the city of the sky-goers, yogini. There, may the groups of field-born messengers, with the complete limbs of the vajra demeanor, embrace and with the zumpa as the forerunner, may the yogini generate the great bliss of absorption. At that time, emptiness led by bliss, from the manifestation of the clear light of the path of seeing, may the yogini attain the union of the sevenfold union of learning and non-learning. If stability is not attained in this life, at the time of death, may the hosts of protectors and heroes, with the welcoming of the pleasing clouds of offerings, lead me to the pure realm, yogini. Even there, if there is confusion and wandering in the bardo, may the supreme guru and vajra consort, from the name, prophesy the three states of joy, and especially bestow the relief of breath, yogini. In short, in all births and births, may the glorious guru Vajrayogini, without separation, always hold me, and bestow the auspiciousness of increasing the virtues of benefit and happiness. This aspiration for this life and future lives is solely based on the kindness of the guru and the Three Jewels.
