祈请十方三世。 祈请十方三世。 十方三世诸佛菩萨众， 不可分离光明心之智慧身， 具德上师金刚萨埵前， 从心祈请以慈悲垂念。 我之罪堕总的及特别的， 无知烦恼放逸不恭敬， 以及障碍所致具德上师之， 身语意相违的一切罪过， 以大忏悔而忏谢今后谨持。 身语意三受用及一切， 以四种有义恒常令欢喜， 赐予无碍梵天之悉地后， 直至菩提永不离弃祈加持。 ཨི་དཾ་སརྦ་ཤིཥྱ་ཎཱཾ་ཏྲི་མུ་ཁ་བི་ཤུདྡྷཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 祈请十方三世。

Supplication to the Ten Directions and Three Times. Supplication to the Ten Directions and Three Times. To all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times, To the indivisible, radiant, wisdom body of the mind, To the glorious Lama Vajrasattva, I pray from my heart, please consider with compassion. All my sins and downfalls, general and specific, Due to ignorance, afflictions, carelessness, disrespect, And due to the power of obstacles, all the misdeeds That contradict the body, speech, and mind of the glorious Lama, I confess with great regret and vow to refrain from now on.
