A Garland of Blue Lotuses: A Praise of the Forest A Garland of Blue Lotuses: A Praise of the Forest This is called "A Garland of Blue Lotuses: A Praise of the Forest." Like the new shoots of the Kanika, amidst the youthful bees of beautiful colors, possessing a cool fan holding camphor, it becomes the nectar that saves us from suffering. 1 The songs of the male and female cuckoos, free from clamor, and the music of those who are determined to renounce, along with the fruits that cannot be compared to drinking tea and alcohol, are filled with youthfulness like the full moon. 2 In the spaces between the rows of Tala trees, pairs of deer frolic, and now the murmuring sound that is worthy of listening to is clearly proclaimed by the stream of water flowing from Nama. 3 Like the beautiful slopes of Palasha branches, the groups of new blue lotuses that adorn the other shore, like the expanse of Bakula leaves, all enjoy the pleasures of the day. 4 Even the cities of Dakinis like Tsari Tra, are difficult to traverse except by enduring the burden of heat and cold. Like the flow of turmeric, those who desire to devote themselves to peace, wander like deer in the sacred forests of the borderlands. 5 Even if it is not a hat, the trees wave cool fans, even without silk brocade, there are exquisite houses of bark, and the birds that have abandoned clamor are charming friends, not just separation, but always happy to be together. 6 Returning from the capital that is as high as a goat, in that solitary place far from the hustle and bustle, the righteous ones who have abandoned meat, alcohol, and wrong livelihood, rest at the roots of the Sala vines. 7 Just as the fragrance of sandalwood from Hwa Mountain gathers all the bees like clouds, the fame is very clear, and if the yogis who have realized the meaning of unbornness enter into solitude, then the Vidyadhara Dakinis will gather. 8 Even the seven steps of the mind that turn towards anything, outweigh the weight of five hundred gold coins, because the fruits of the two accumulations have been truly proclaimed, therefore, play this harmonious music of praise. 9 May this virtue manifest the opportunity to swiftly accomplish the path of peace in this life, and may I become the supreme captain of compassion, who liberates all mothers from the ocean of existence. 10 Sarva Siddhi.
