应学习之语，新白莲之束。 应学习之语，新白莲之束。 名为应学习之语，新白莲之束。 听啊！若精进于解脱，并非口头说说，而是欲修持正法，如恒河所携之金沙，我调伏自我的善道要稳固。１ 喋喋不休多语乃散乱之因，仪轨与三学相应是珍贵的。茶酒烦恼虽极贪恋其味，然如鱼为淤泥所困般痛苦生。２ 如杜鲁木之刺般尖锐粗语，及庸常烦恼迷惑之散乱等，从今起恒时以谨慎，莫怠慢，三门行善要努力。３ 六度之精髓，乃欲利益他者之菩提心，如牛般的愚痴之敌，知晓将我等束缚于不净轮回中。５ 恰如美味佳肴等供养之物，忍受寒热痛苦要精进，如匝胡之流般始终如一，如狐般寻觅而消除诸过失。５ 华丽衣帽亦是增上贪欲之因，虽以锦缎束紧亦是散乱之业，此等无益，是故当观离戏超脱之中观义。６ 纵未至如角般高之王位，然若复转为游荡山谷之珍珠，当亲近如夏沙达那般柔软之，地与度彼岸之道。７ 不成之事亦发下修行之誓愿，仅为奇特而趋向不善者，乃是凡夫俗子之特征，欲解脱者当长久舍弃则善。８ 如是应学习之语，以明月水晶，从具信解脱之白莲绽放中，以利乐之蜜汁浓云，愿一切众生于有寂中获得休憩。９ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）。 应学习之语，新白莲之束。

A Garland of Fresh White Lotuses: Words to be Learned. A Garland of Fresh White Lotuses: Words to be Learned. Named "A Garland of Fresh White Lotuses: Words to be Learned." Listen! If you strive for liberation, and not just with words, but truly wish to practice the sacred Dharma, like the golden sands carried by the Ganges, make the excellent path of taming the self firm. 1. Much chattering and idle talk is the cause of distraction. Cherishing conduct that accords with the three trainings is precious. Though you may be very attached to the taste of tea, alcohol, and afflictions, suffering arises like a fish trapped in mud. 2. Harsh and rough words, sharp as thorns of the Turu tree, and the distractions of ordinary afflictions and delusions, from now on, always be mindful. Do not be lazy, and strive to be virtuous in the three doors. 3. The essence of the six perfections is the Bodhicitta that wishes to benefit others. Know that the enemy of ignorance, like an ox, binds us in impure samsara. 5. Offerings such as delicious foods and the like, diligently endure heat, cold, and suffering. Like the flow of a Jāhū, be consistent in the beginning, middle, and end. Like a fox, seek out and eliminate all faults. 5. Fancy hats and clothes are also a cause for increasing desire. Even if tied tightly with brocade, it is still an act of distraction. These are of no benefit, therefore, contemplate the meaning of the Middle Way, beyond extremes. 6. Even if you do not reach a throne as high as a horn, if you turn back into a pearl wandering in the mountains, draw near to the path of the earth and the perfections, as soft as the touch of Shasha Dana. 7. Making vows to accomplish what is impossible, and turning towards non-virtue just for the sake of being extraordinary, is a characteristic of ordinary beings. It is best if those who desire liberation abandon it for a long time. 8. Thus, with the moon-crystal of words to be learned, from the blossoming of the white lotus of faith and liberation, with the dense clouds of the nectar of benefit and happiness, may all beings find rest from samsara. 9.
