A Prayer for the Long Life of Ling Rinpoche A Prayer for the Long Life of Ling Rinpoche Oṃ Svasti Siddhaṃ. The very nature of the immutable four kāyas, manifestly apparent. The representative of Padma, the glory of the teachings and beings of the Land of Snows. The three secrets of the emanation of the supreme vidyādhara, May you live for hundreds of kalpas, and may your activities increase! Having reached the ultimate limit of ethical conduct, learning, reflection, and meditation, The splendor of your wisdom, love, and power shines brilliantly. Through teaching, debate, and composition, you spread the Victorious Teachings, May you completely perfect the conduct of the Second Buddha! May the lotus feet of the glorious lama be ever firm. May the explanation and accomplishment of the assembly with discipline naturally increase. May the power of the righteous king increase in the ten directions. May the light of cool auspiciousness pervade everything! Thus, to welcome the new moon-like face of the emanation of Ling Rinpoche, at the time of his enthronement on his own seat, as specially requested, written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, a servant who pleases the Lotus-born Lama. May it be virtuous! Oṃ Svasti Siddhaṃ Jīvanta. The great power of Samantabhadra's intention has become manifest. You have mastered the supreme vehicle's dharma. The crown ornament of all vajra holders. May your lotus feet be firm for oceans of kalpas! The essence of limitless life, the enlightened body. The rain of sacred dharma, the speech of the wish-fulfilling wheel. Your mind, victorious over the realms of existence and peace. I pray that the three secrets may dwell in the vajra realm! May the conduct of the wise, virtuous, and excellent be ever constant. May the qualities of wisdom, love, and power pervade the world. May the activities of teaching, debate, and composition be spontaneously accomplished. May the auspiciousness of benefit and happiness greatly increase! Thus, as a symbol of single-pointed devotion, a white silk scarf of auspiciousness. The image of the immortal three kāyas, the vajra mind. And these, complete with the number of auspicious symbols, are offered with pure intention and respectful action by the renunciate Dharma Lord Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. May all that has been prayed for be accomplished as desired, and may the lama, the Victor, and his retinue bless it! On the supreme throne of Samantabhadra's highest vehicle, Holder of power, lord of all families, Vajradhara, with your mind absorbed in the great peace of the dharmadhātu, We who are tormented by the fire of suffering, may you look upon us with great, impartial love.

从地观之，从法身界中，智慧化身显现。 以五种圆满的显现，祈愿迅速显现清净无碍之相。 以三宝及三根本的真实加持力，愿殊胜化身迅速降临。 愿寿命坚固，事业遍布十方，增广利益安乐之吉祥。 如是，是（由）上师叔侄（和）活佛共同劝请如此书写，故蒋扬钦哲旺波书写并祈祷，愿如是成就，祈请上师、胜者及诸佛子加持！ 祈愿林热仲活佛长久住世！

From the contemplation of the earth, from the realm of Dharmakaya, may the wisdom emanation body appear. With the fivefold perfect visions, I pray that the clear and unadulterated appearance may swiftly manifest. Through the blessings of the truth of the Three Jewels and the Three Roots, may the supreme emanation swiftly come forth. May his life be firm, his activities spread in the ten directions, and may the auspiciousness of increasing benefit and happiness be bestowed. Thus, as requested by the uncle-nephew lamas and tulkus to write in this way, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo wrote and prayed that it may be accomplished accordingly. I pray that the Lama, the Victorious One, together with all the Sons of Buddha, bestow their blessings! A prayer for the long life of Ling Rinpoche Drung Tulku!
