根桑吉美丹贝尼玛，钦列昆恰巴桑波之长寿祈请文。 根桑吉美丹贝尼玛，钦列昆恰巴桑波之长寿祈请文。 嗡 索斯帝 悉昙。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་སིདྡྷཾ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ स्वस्ति सिद्धम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti siddhaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥，成就）。根桑吉美成就之智慧神变，教法之日，胜者之大幼苗，事业遍及一切之具德者，祈愿成为贤善之最胜怙主。金刚之身，祈愿成为不死之怙主，从各方获得胜利，美妙之语响彻世间，如意满足愿望之轮之心，祈愿如海之劫不摇动而安住。圆满戒律，闻思修，以博大精深之讲辩著之功德，对于能仁之教法，如第二导师般，祈愿善行遍布三界之吉祥。如是，从成就自在上师仁波切之殊胜化身，如白莲般绽放者处，名为根桑吉美丹贝尼玛钦列昆恰巴桑波之名称授予及长寿祈请相关之偈颂，吉祥之天物白色，不死三身意金刚之显现，总共十力之数量具足，莲生上师欢喜之眷属钦哲旺波所献，如所祈愿之所有意义皆圆满成就，祈请上师胜者及眷属加持之。 根桑吉美丹贝尼玛，钦列昆恰巴桑波之长寿祈请文。

The miraculous wisdom of Kunzang Jigme's accomplishment, Sun of the teachings, great sprout of the Victorious Ones, Glorious one whose activities pervade everywhere, I pray that you live as the supreme lord of the wise, virtuous, and excellent. May your vajra body remain firm as the immortal protector, May your victorious speech resound sweetly throughout the world, May your mind, the wheel that grants all desires, Remain steadfast and unmoving like an ocean of kalpas. Having perfected discipline, listening, contemplation, and meditation, And through the virtues of vast teaching, debate, and composition, For the teachings of the Sage, like a second teacher, Grant the auspiciousness of good deeds spreading throughout the three realms. Thus, from the supreme emanation of the accomplished master Rinpoche, who blossomed like a white lotus, the verses related to the offering of the name Kunzang Jigme Tenpai Nyima Trinley Kunkyab Palzangpo and the long life prayer, the auspicious white divine substance, the immortal three kayas, the manifestation of the vajra mind, with a total of ten powers, offered by Khyentse Wangpo, the servant who pleases the Lotus-born Guru, may all the meanings of the prayers be completely fulfilled, may the Guru, the Victorious One, and his retinue bless them.
