祈请圣地诸尊，吉祥妙音。 祈请圣地诸尊，吉祥妙音。 名为祈请圣地诸尊吉祥妙音之文。嗡 索斯帝 悉昙。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་སིདྡྷཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति सिद्धम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti siddhaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥，成就。） 贤劫明灯第四释迦顶， 十地自在胜者补处怙， 佛子妙音上首双贤等， 祈请圣众聚集普降临。 十六罗汉七大付法藏， 赡洲六庄严及殊胜三， 八十四位瑜伽自在等， 祈请印度班智达成就者。 观世音自在法王松赞王（松赞干布）， 稳固法轮吞米桑布扎， 金刚手持通赞域松等， 祈请化身君臣敬祈请。 秘密主尊堪钦寂护师， 大悲自性邬金莲花生， 妙吉祥童法王赤松等， 祈请恩德无等诸上师。 显密教法栋梁萨迦派， 深广续部宝藏哦千师， 语狮子称雅砻师徒二， 祈请藏地持教诸大德。 复次前译噶玛传承持教者， 噶当新旧噶举父子等， 利乐有情善道光明者， 祈请无偏圣众垂念听。 如是坚定恭敬祈请力， 持教士夫教法施主众， 祈愿百劫驻世讲修增， 三地吉祥光明愿普及。 此乃无畏之导师蒋扬喇嘛欢喜之眷属钦哲旺波，于绕迥土龙年（1928）的仲夏月初三，随心所欲而作之祈请，愿具实义！ 若将以上祈请作为茶供，则将“祈请”改为“供养”，将“祈请力”改为“供养力”。 祈请圣地诸尊，吉祥妙音。

This is the text called "A Prayer to the Holy Places, Melodious Sounds of Auspiciousness." Om Swasti Siddham. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་སིདྡྷཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति सिद्धम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti siddhaṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, May there be well-being, accomplishment.) The fourth lamp of this fortunate aeon, the crown jewel Shakya, The regent Ma Phampa, master of the ten bhumis, The princes Jamyang, the supreme pair of disciples, and so forth, I pray to the assembly of noble ones gathered here. The sixteen arhats, the seven great lineages of entrustment, The six ornaments of Jambudvipa, the supreme and the three wondrous ones, The eighty-four masters of yoga and so forth, I pray to the Indian pandits and siddhas. Lord Avalokiteshvara, the Dharma King Songtsen Gampo, The steadfast wheel, Thonmi Sambhota, Hand-holding Vajra, Tongtsen Yulzungs and so forth, I pray to the incarnate kings and ministers. The powerful holder of secrets, the great abbot Shantarakshita, The very embodiment of great compassion, the master Padmasambhava, The youthful Manjushri, the Dharma King Trisong and so forth, I pray to those whose kindness is unparalleled. The Sakyapas, the chariots of the doctrine of sutra and tantra, The great Ngorchen, the secret treasury of the profound and vast tantric systems, The lion of speech, Yak Rong and his two disciples, and so forth, I pray to the holders of the doctrine in the land of Tibet. Furthermore, the holders of the early translation Kama and Terma lineages, The old and new Kadam, the Kagyu fathers and sons, and so forth, Those who illuminate the excellent path of benefit and happiness for beings, I pray to the impartial holy ones. Thus, through the power of praying with unwavering reverence, May the feet of the holders of the doctrine and the patrons of the doctrine Be firm for hundreds of kalpas, may their activities of teaching and practice increase, And may the three realms be pervaded by the light of auspiciousness. This prayer, which arose spontaneously, was offered by Khyentse Wangpo, the servant of Jamyang Lama, the fearless teacher, on the third day of the waxing moon of the royal month in the Earth Dragon year of the Rabjung cycle (1928), may it be meaningful! If the above prayer is used as a tea offering, then change "I pray" to "I offer" and "through the power of praying" to "through the power of offering."
