Thus dwells the prayer to Guru Rinpoche Padmasambhava that urges from the heart, called "Urgently Accomplishing Wishes." In the realm of Great Bliss Dharmakaya, Amitabha, On the glorious Copper-Colored Mountain, Avalokiteśvara, In Ngayab Palri, the Lotus-Born Tötreng Tsal, I pray to the supreme indivisible three kayas. Protector, you are the guru, three jewels, yidam, heroes, dakinis, dharma protectors, and wealth deities, With the wisdom that knows the essence of the gathering of all refuges, I call from the depths of my heart, look with eyes of compassion. For me and sentient beings like me, helpless beings of the degenerate age, Whatever needs to be tamed, manifest as an emanation body, May all temporary and ultimate wishes Be accomplished according to the Dharma, Padmasambhava. Especially when afflicted by fierce diseases and evil spirits, Manifest as the form of the Oḍḍiyāna Medicine Buddha, In the shade of the blessing-fulfilling wish-granting tree, Grant the breath of relief, Padmasambhava. When frightened by various untimely deaths, Manifest as the form of the Oḍḍiyāna Amitāyus, Accomplishing the supreme deathless life and wisdom, Bestow the auspiciousness of manifest realization, Padmasambhava. When distressed by the suffering of the decline of the environment and beings, Manifest as the form of the Oḍḍiyāna Dakini Wealth Deity, From the great cloud of perfect wealth and enjoyment, Shower the rain of desired things, Padmasambhava. When the feast of scriptural and realized Dharma declines, Manifest as the form of the Oḍḍiyāna Śākya Sengé, May the upholders of the teachings be steadfast, and the teachings of explanation and practice Flourish, Padmasambhava. When obscured by dullness and the darkness of ignorance, Manifest as the form of the Oḍḍiyāna Lodrö Choksé, Knowing all knowable things as they are and as many as they are, Bestow the light of wisdom, Padmasambhava. 忆念所化众生诸有情，祈愿成熟解脱莲花生。弘扬无上教法利乐时，祈请化现邬金莲花王。三有寂静一切诸圆满，无需勤作祈愿皆摄受莲花生。邪魔星曜龙族作祟时，祈请化现邬金狮吼声。以具威力金刚手之火，祈愿化为仅余其名莲花生。边境战乱鬼怪作祟时，祈请化现邬金金刚橛。祈愿将有形无形邪魔众，心髓秘密悉皆取出莲花生。一心修持甚深瑜伽时，祈请化现邬金金刚持。从生圆次第大圆满道，祈愿成就双运果位莲花生。倘若此生未能得稳固，祈请化现邬金无量光。临终断诀痛苦得寂灭，祈愿引领往生极乐刹莲花生。若仍迷乱漂泊于中阴，祈请化现邬金三世知。恐惧错觉消融于自性，祈愿引导往生清净刹莲花生。总而言之自此至菩提，无论苦乐好坏善恶诸显现。除您之外无有余怙主，祈愿不离赐予加持莲花生。 此乃第十四饶迥铁狗年（1970）的闰月白方初十，于西藏修行圣地，吉祥曲沃日（Chuwori）之莲师修行处南喀鼎（Namkha Dhing），为增长藏地教法与众生之利益，作会供及祈愿时心中所显现。其后于藏上部如拉（Ru Lak）、扎玛江（Drampa Gyang）等修行洞穴中，一心虔诚祈请者，乃是游方各地的利达瓦（Ridawa）持明僧人，蒋扬钦哲旺波（Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo）。愿以此令所有结缘者，刹那间融入邬金法王之加持，愿一切所思所行皆如法，并如愿成就。

May all sentient beings, the objects of remembrance and touch, be ripened and liberated, Padmasambhava. When spreading the benefit and happiness of the great teachings and beings, please manifest as the King of Lotus of Oddiyana. May all the goodness of the three realms of existence and peace be effortlessly brought under control, Padmasambhava. When enemies, planets, nagas, and spirits cause harm, please manifest as the Lion's Roar of Oddiyana. With the power and strength of Vajrapani blazing, may you make them remain only in name, Padmasambhava. When border wars, conflicts, and evil spirits cause harm, please manifest as the Vajra Kila of Oddiyana. May you extract the heart essence and secrets of all embodied and disembodied demons, Padmasambhava. When meditating on the profound yoga of one-pointedness, please manifest as the Vajradhara of Oddiyana. From the secret path of generation, completion, and great perfection, may you accomplish the union, Padmasambhava. If stability is not attained in this life, please manifest as the Amitabha of Oddiyana. At the time of death, may the suffering of cutting through the vital point be pacified, and may you lead me to the blissful realm, Padmasambhava. If I am still confused and wander in the bardo, please manifest as the Omniscient One of the Three Times of Oddiyana. May fear, terror, and delusion be liberated in their own place, and may you guide me to the pure realm, Padmasambhava. In short, from here until the essence of enlightenment, whatever happiness, sorrow, good, bad, right, or wrong may occur, there is no other protector than you. Please bless me without separation, Padmasambhava. This was what arose in my mind on the tenth day of the white side of the intercalary month in the Iron Male Dog year of the fourteenth cycle (1970), during a gathering and offering at Namkha Dhing, the Guru's practice place in the sacred Tibetan practice site of Pal Chuwori, while making aspirations for the increase of benefit and happiness for the teachings and beings of Tibet. Again, the one who prays with one-pointed devotion in the practice caves of Ru Lak, Drampa Gyang, etc., in Upper Tsang, is the vidyadhara monk Ridawa Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, wandering through the country. May this also cause the blessings of the glorious King of Dharma of Oddiyana to enter the minds of all those connected at once, and may all thoughts and actions be in accordance with the Dharma and accomplish as desired.
