With a beautiful garland adorning, the Vajra speech proclaiming the endless basis. For all sentient beings in the snowy land, bestowing the eye of profound wisdom. No matter how one contemplates, the kindness is unparalleled, it is the activity of the Buddha himself. May Thonmi Lotsawa, our sole protector, bless us until enlightenment! 1 The unparalleled wondrous splendor, like the utpala (乌 উৎপala，梵文：utpala，汉语字面意思：blue lotus) nectar of the eye. The glory of even a fraction of it is difficult to measure, like the body of billions of suns. Even the assembly of hair-raising retinues tremble, like the posture of wrathful Manjushri. Like the full moon, giving joy to all, I prostrate to that brother of nectar! 2 The peaceful and cool, desireless Dharma gates, well-spoken by the Tathagata, are a hundred thousand. Corresponding to the inclinations of different minds, proclaiming the correct speech of names and words. Now the common wealth of high, low, and intermediate, the Thirty Verses and the treatise on orthography. Like a wish-fulfilling tree that grants desires, tirelessly bestowing, I prostrate! 3 The conventional Bodhicitta bindu, as white as a mirror. With unwavering profound wisdom, the ultimate of all perfections. Like a vase of supreme treasure, compassion pervading the sky for beings. I prostrate to the incomparable wisdom and compassion that eliminates all mental decay! 4 The fine garments of common sciences such as grammar, fluttering gently. Like the scorching sun destroying the darkness of other sects, adorned with the jewels of qualities. Accomplishing vast deeds for the doctrine of Jaya, truly the great chariot of meaning. As soon as I remember you in my mind, I fold my lotus hands at my heart, I prostrate! 5 From those who boast of wearing a Jambunada golden hat on their heads. Until those who wander the ends of villages seeking wives, carrying wooden staffs. Even those who seek food with clamorous behavior, adorn their mouths with your deeds. The wondrous biography, like the edge of the sky.

In this land surrounded by snow mountains, to you, the one who holds the lotus (Avalokiteśvara), and whose compassion is not just for a few, but universally the same, to your great kindness. We, all beings with faith, supplicate with longing from the depths of our hearts. May the supreme noble one, the master of the ten bhumis, bestow blessings right now. 7. Not being overly modest, but with many strings of wisdom jewels of faithful mind. From the urging of the fingertips of unbearable devotion, the melodious seven-toned song of speech. By praising you, the great Thonmi, the Manjushri of the meaning of the unborn (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: A, Literal Meaning: A). May all sentient beings pervading the sky, like dust motes in the ocean, become of one taste in the practice of Samantabhadra. 8.
