If thought is engaged too much, then due to attachment to desirable things and detachment from undesirable things, accepting and rejecting these things is samsara. From the state of non-thought, there is no samsara of accepting and rejecting attachment and detachment, and thus Buddhahood is attained. If you think like this, it is not correct. Even in the present state, it is necessary to carefully examine what to accept and reject with discriminating wisdom. Ultimately, the wisdom of ultimate truth is self-realized individually. If non-thought were the ultimate wisdom, then sentient beings would be liberated from the beginning, and there would be the fault of not having individually self-realized wisdom, etc., and many faults would occur. That is also not reasonable. As stated in \"Vimalaprabha,\" \"If the wisdom of non-thought directly bestows Buddhahood, then why have all sentient beings not become Buddhas? Because the wisdom of non-thought is fully engaged in their deep sleep, and they have attachment to desirable things and no detachment from undesirable things.\" etc. The sutras also state that through many samadhis such as \"Jewel Lamp,\" the nature of the mind is luminous. The tantras also say, \"Knowing oneself, knowing others, knowing all, the supreme person who benefits all, like one who transcends all, is the lord of knowledge and the knowable.\" etc., therefore it is widely proclaimed." } ] ============================================================
