Showing that it is impossible for the Buddha to have an opportunity of non-equanimity. Showing that it is impossible for the Buddha to have an opportunity of non-equanimity. What is the difference between them? Because it is said so. Therefore, there is never non-equanimity in the wisdom of the Buddha. If it is said that this contradicts "rising from the correct abiding within" and "rising from that samadhi," etc., then these are merely universally shown. Although it shows rising from samadhi, the Buddha does not have a mind of non-equanimity, because the alaya-consciousness together with the seeds is completely exhausted, the continuity of all breaths has ceased, and it is the wisdom of the two obscurations together with the habitual tendencies being completely exhausted. Therefore, one must also be skilled in the meaning of other such scriptures, and one must also be skilled in the meaning of subsequent attainment. Showing that it is impossible for the Buddha to have an opportunity of non-equanimity.
