Being extremely skilled in the Dharma treasury of the Tathagata, having made offerings to those Buddhas, one will come to understand how to hold, grasp, protect, and distinguish these unsurpassed and perfect Dharmas. Whoever generates the mind for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, that person will, in the future, hold, grasp, and protect this perfect Dharma, and will certainly understand how to distinguish the perfect Dharma. Therefore, you should know that in the evil times of the future, there will be those who will protect the sacred Dharma. Why is that? Because those who generate the mind for enlightenment will undoubtedly be able to protect and hold the unsurpassed and perfect Dharmas in the future.
