In the Sutra of Rakata Kunti, it says: In the past, in the teachings of the Tathagata Lion Skillful Dance, there was one named Beautiful Virtue, who was a supreme being with great magical powers and long life, living near the Buddha. Once, by the power of the Tathagata, Beautiful Virtue and five other Shravakas, in the early morning, wearing Dharma robes and lower garments, carrying bowls and staffs, went to beg for alms. They arrived at the location of the village. A heretical teacher, feeling jealous, made fifteen elephants drunk with alcohol and sent them to attack the Shravakas. Beautiful Virtue raised his staff from the edge of his robe and proclaimed the sound of the four fearlessnesses like a lion's roar. All the elephants trembled with fear, then turned back and killed many heretical teachers. After that, the heretical king welcomed the Shravakas, laid out seats, and gave them a grand reception. He repented and said: Unleash the lion's roar of the four fearlessnesses, the elephants of the evil heretics fall to the ground. I confess all my sins to you, please teach me the Dharma of instruction. Beautiful Virtue said: This leisure and endowment is superior to a wish-fulfilling jewel, therefore, it is difficult to meet the Buddha and difficult to practice the Dharma. After proper reflection, abandon the evil religions and practice the infallible Dharma of the Buddha. In this way, he brought the heretical group into the teachings of Buddhism. Beautiful Virtue is this young man of the Licchavi clan. The story of the birth of Beautiful Virtue, the twenty-second chapter is complete. 23.
