祈请唯一怙主，加持迅速降临。 祈请唯一怙主，加持迅速降临。 甚深秘密空行命脉中，祈请唯一怙主，加持迅速降临。 唉玛吙！法身普贤，报身金刚萨埵，化身极喜金刚、莲花生、师利星哈， 得教九人、萨弥、七觉士，眷属二十五、具九传承之真实， 恩重上师、本尊、六续部，空行猪面、度母白与蓝， 祈请三根本及护法众，祈祷。 祈祷息灭地水火风之动乱，疾病饥荒刀兵等， 消除违缘障碍，以及非时横死等， 祈请三宝天神及首领护法救护， 祈愿此生获得共同与殊胜成就，临终时， 获得十三金刚持之果位。 萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ།，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）此乃如自生虚空之表示般，以纯净善妙之果实庄严，由比丘智成海以白皙笑容之喜宴劝请，法身萨惹哈达所书写，善哉！ 祈请唯一怙主，加持迅速降临。

Dharmakaya Samantabhadra, Sambhogakaya Vajrasattva, Nirmanakaya Garab Dorje, Padmasambhava, Shri Singha, The nine who received the teachings, Sadmi, the group of seven awakened ones, The twenty-five disciples, the actual lineage of the nine qualities, Kind Guru, Yidam, the six classes of tantra, Dakini Pig-faced, Tara white and blue, I supplicate the Three Roots and the Protectors. May the disturbances of the four elements, disease, famine, warfare, etc., be pacified. May unfavorable obstacles and untimely death be averted. May the Three Jewels, the gods, and the guardian protectors protect us. May we attain supreme and common accomplishments in this life, and at the time of death, May we attain the state of the thirteen Vajradharas. Samaya!
