为利众解脱所作之歌 为利众解脱所作之歌 ༄༅། 为利众解脱所作之歌。从“ཀ”字起，亲爱的法友利众解脱。说话不要夸夸其谈，要仔细审查。在何处需要生起修证之法？不要像我一样用虚伪欺骗他人。逐一用眼睛看典籍等，在各方面像月亮一样增长功德。饮食等聚会要适度，不要像鱼一样到处乱窜，要稳重。如如来所说那样思考，不要像普通人一样执着常有。学习布施等六度波罗蜜多。不要争论老、病、死，以及敌友。修持（藏文：པཱ་ཎི་པདྨ་，梵文天城体：पाणिपद्म，梵文罗马拟音：pāṇipadma，汉语字面意思：手莲）莲花生。寻找像父亲一样的成就者的住所。甚至要赌上性命来发菩提心。为了老母有情众生的利益而努力。即使不去匝日（Tsari，蔡里）等地朝圣，也不会经历寒热地狱的痛苦。寻求胜利者（佛陀）的意旨。像狐狸一样独自住在山上。像帽子一样将上师顶在头上。不要与贪婪、狡猾的朋友交往。思考虚幻不实的显现。修持四灌顶的真实义。驯服像牛角一样顽固的自心。超越一切，任运成就的要点成熟。当抛弃肉身时，必须成就虹身。当看到处于低下道途的众生时，心中自然生起强烈的慈悲。啊！努力攀登持明者的果位。不要（藏文：ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：ह हੂੰ，梵文罗马拟音：ha hūṃ，汉语字面意思：哈 哈 吽），用慈悲来守护。啊！守护上师的传记。断除执着自身利益的念珠。将利益众生的心放在心上啊！我们这些视上师如佛的人，以弟子的身份写下此信是吉祥的。萨ra哈（Saraha）所写，愿胜利！ 为利众解脱所作之歌

A Song of Advice for Rigdrol A Song of Advice for Rigdrol ༄༅། A Song of Advice for Rigdrol. From the letter "Ka," dear Dharma friend Rigdrol. Don't speak empty words boastfully, examine carefully. How to cultivate the realization that is needed? Don't deceive others with hypocrisy like mine. Look at examples and scriptures with your eyes one by one. Develop qualities like the moon in every aspect. Moderate gatherings for food and drink. Don't rush around like a fish, be steady and composed. Contemplate as the Tathagata taught. Don't cling to permanence like ordinary people. Study the six perfections, such as generosity. Don't argue about old age, sickness, death, enemies, or friends. Meditate on (Tibetan: པཱ་ཎི་པདྨ་, Devanagari: पाणिपद्म, Romanized Sanskrit: pāṇipadma, Literal Chinese meaning: Hand Lotus) Padmapani (Avalokiteśvara) and Padmasambhava. Seek the dwelling place of hundreds of accomplished fathers. Vow to generate Bodhicitta even at the cost of your life. Strive for the benefit of all motherly beings. Even without going on pilgrimage to places like Tsari, you will not experience the suffering of hot and cold hells. Seek the intention of the victorious ones (Buddhas). Live alone in the mountains like a fox. Carry the precious ones (Three Jewels) on your head like a hat. Don't associate with greedy and deceitful friends. Contemplate the unreal appearance of this world. Meditate on the actual basis of the four empowerments. Subdue your mind, which is as stubborn as a horn. Ripen the essential point of spontaneous accomplishment, which transcends all. When you abandon your physical body, you must achieve the rainbow body. When you see beings on lower paths, naturally generate great compassion in your heart. Ah! Strive to attain the state of a Vidyadhara. Don't do (Tibetan: ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: ह हੂੰ, Romanized Sanskrit: ha hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha Ha Hum), protect with compassion. Ah! Uphold the biographies of the previous masters. Cut the rosary of attachment to your own benefit. Keep the mind that strives for the benefit of beings in your heart!
