Notes on the Three Individuals. Notes on the Three Individuals. The notes on the Three Individuals are: Pray to the Three Kayas Lamas. May the Lamas bestow their blessings. Noble great beings with lineage. It is very good to be held by the Three Individuals during any time of teaching, listening, meditating, or practicing Dharma. The so-called excellent preliminary mind generation refers to both aspiration and action. As it is said: The desire to go and the actual going, one should know the distinctions in order. The mind of aspiring to enlightenment, and entering into the conduct of enlightenment. As it is said. First, visualize that all sentient beings pervading the empty sky, without exception, will be placed by me alone in the state of perfect Buddha with two purities. For that purpose, whatever virtuous things there are, I will practice them, which is the excellent preliminary mind generation. Whatever virtuous things are practiced, without the mind wandering elsewhere, reciting in the state of one-pointed samadhi, is the excellent main practice of non-objectification. Usually, after the preliminary practice of Guru Yoga, after receiving the four empowerments in the way of Tögal, and after the maturation of the key points. With the body in the seven-point posture of Vairochana, from the right Roma channel, all the karma and habitual tendencies arising from the affliction of anger are visualized as white smoke, completely expelled outwards without residue. From the left Kyangma channel, all the vows broken, transgressions, and faults arising from the affliction of desire are visualized as red smoke and expelled outwards. From the middle, simultaneously, all the vows broken, transgressions, and faults accumulated through the affliction of ignorance are visualized as smoke-colored or misty gas and expelled outwards, at the same time all diseases turn into pus and blood. All demons turn into the shapes of frogs, snakes, scorpions, poisonous fish, loaches, ants, beetles. All sins and obscurations turn into the shapes of soot and coal ash and are expelled, dissolving into the great powerful ground, visualized as entering the mouth of the red bull, the lord of death of karma. And visualize entering the mouths of the male and female owners of karmic debts. Visualize blood feuds and debts being purified. At the time of "Ha Truk," visualize all the five poisons and the five elements' air toxins being completely purified. Then there is vase breathing, or pill-shaped foot-net breathing, or intermediate air or secret air.

May it be auspicious! First, the time to visualize the purplish-red color in the heart is: externally, it is the essence of the five elements; internally, it is the life, merit, power, and wealth of sentient beings. All the qualities of wisdom, compassion, and power of the Buddhas of the ten directions are transformed into the form of blue wind, inhaled through the two nostrils, and passed through the single channel like drawing water into a canal. Entering the lower end of the central channel, it rises upwards like a fountain. Visualize that it merges into (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) in the heart center of Samantabhadra in the heart, and it is very important to rely on the key of the four combinations. Afterwards, the end should be strengthened with the dedication and aspiration of afflictions, wind, mind, etc. At any time, it is important to focus on vase breathing and one-pointed concentration. For this dedication, it should be expanded with the dedication of the three spheres without object and the dedication in accordance with it. It is important to be careful not to be contaminated by any of the four causes of exhaustion. The four causes of exhaustion are: not dedicating and dedicating wrongly, boasting to others and generating regret. Because it is said: These are the four causes of exhaustion. Therefore, just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the past, present, and future, Samantabhadra and Manjushri, etc., have dedicated, I also dedicate in the same way, and this thought is in accordance with them. Such key points are like a covered haystack, although there is not much emphasis on the meaning of the scriptures, our merits of hearing, thinking, and meditating are shallow, so it was not appropriate to write these key points, but I could not refuse the earnest request of the noble friends, and it is good to write down what I remember. Notes of the Three Saints.
