Homage to Orgyen Padma! Offer the essence of incense and chang to the local deity. Gather the substances for the torma and other offerings. Strive in this daily practice. Kye! In the past, the sovereign Padma Kara, bound the powerful Zotor by oath and command. In the intermediate time, Vairo and Yudra Nyingpo, and Gesar, the supreme being, Norbu Düdül, were the lords who guarded the vajra samaya, the word of honor. Finally, Trozi Kalsang Ldeu Tsen, and Lungrik Lingpa and all the Dharma lords in the lineage, took unbreakable vows and entrusted the oath to the worldly Dharma protector, Dorje Wangdü Bar. His body is dark red, his face shows a fierce expression. He wears a rhinoceros hide armor and helmet, and silk banners and eagle feathers flutter. His right hand holds a spear banner, and his left hand holds a treasure chest. He rides a turquoise-maned garo that knows how to fly. He displays various unpredictable transformations and dances. The father, mother, son, retinue, gods, nagas, tsen, and dmu, the war-gods in armor, and thousands of companions, are all guards of the Dharma and Bon teachings. Samaja, invite them to this place of offering. Sit on the pleasant seat and do not diminish your power. Clouds of offerings, both real and imagined, are emanated from the mind. Flowers, incense, lamps, perfumes, and delicious food. The sound of drums, conches, and musical instruments resounds like thunder. The essence of torma, golden chang, incense, and the five desirable qualities. The seven royal emblems and the eight auspicious symbols and signs. All kinds of objects that please the senses. A wealth of things that are complete and without lack. Together with the assembly of the Three Jewels and Dharma protectors, and the Body God Ra-khang Dorje Wangdü Bar, I offer to all the retinue and fulfill your samaya. Since you are enthroned as the chief of the local deities, I beseech you to be the body god of the yogi. I confess and repent of any breaches, violations, errors, and faults. I entrust you with the task of protecting the Buddha's teachings, the source of benefit and happiness. May the life and lotus feet of those who uphold it be firm. May the patrons of the teachings increase in power and wealth. May the vast kingdom enjoy the glory of the golden age. Furthermore, for the lamas, disciples, and monasteries of this place, any harmful evil thoughts and actions, becoming the target of execution, enemies and obstacles who violate vows, I pray that the command and punishment of the body deity Lhakhang Dorje Wangdu, with the thunderbolt of the sky-iron, may transform them into dust, not even the name remaining. If you do not accomplish the entrusted tasks, your power and ability will all be in vain. Do not be distracted, do not transgress, accomplish the tasks as vowed. Om Swasti. May the assembly of vidyadhara fathers and sons lineage, the great power that protects the teachings according to the command, conquer discord, accomplish the intention of harmony, may the assembly that protects the white side bestow auspiciousness! Thus, recite the usual auspicious prayers. Perform the stable abiding for the body image, etc., and if there is none, perform the welcoming. Gaccha Gaccha Svabhava Nan. (Tibetan) Vajra Mum. (Tibetan) This is a brief prayer to the local deity, thinking that it relies on the lord of arrogance, saying that it is my body deity, this is a manifestation of delusion. However, in terms of ultimate truth, although it is far from reality, in terms of conventional truth, dependent arising is not false.
