玛吉夏扎空行母祈供，事业皆成。 玛吉夏扎空行母祈供，事业皆成。 甚深秘密空行之命血中，玛吉夏扎空行母祈供，事业皆成仪轨。 顶礼智慧空行母！ 夏扎食肉母之修法中，常供朵玛三尖以血涂，金玉茶酒乳酪之祭品，丰盛陈设如是言： 吽 炯！ 自生法界之女王，饮血食肉大口母，红黑忿怒三目者，咬牙切齿电光耀，胫骨舞姿骨饰着，赤黄发髻颅鬘怖，双手持肺与心索，以誓言力而迎请。 安住自处之座，恭敬顶礼！ 药供血供会供食子供，圆满物供，供养物供，修持之物，相应之誓物，以种种供品，圆满玛吉空行之意誓，圆满金刚魔女之意誓，圆满食肉口母之意誓，圆满已，赐予权与成就！ 以三密功德而赞颂，病魔障碍消于法界，寿命佛法财富增上，三聚甘露如雨降，诅咒恶行返还自身。 莫违越，金刚萨玛雅！ 祈愿所托之事业皆成就！ 此乃玛吉空行母之，祈请简集，如意之宝源，往昔串习具缘之子，僧人善行，佛法之友，名曰金刚功德者所劝请，发愿不违时，游方国土之布苏库，萨ra嘿谛所书，善哉！ 玛吉夏扎空行母祈供，事业皆成。

From the Heart Blood of the Profoundly Secret Khadro, the Prayer and Offering to Machig Shaza Khadro, Accomplishing All Activities, is Present. Homage to the Wisdom Khadro! In the practice of the Shaza Meat-Eating Mother, the regular torma, the three-pointed one, is smeared with blood. Offerings of gold, turquoise, tea, alcohol, milk, and yogurt, arranged lavishly, are spoken thus: Hūṃ bhyo! Queen of the self-arisen dimension, blood-drinking, meat-eating great-mouthed mother, red-black, wrathful, with three eyes, teeth clenched, adorned with lightning light, adorned with ornaments of bone, in a dancing posture on the shinbone, red-yellow hair, terrifying with a garland of skulls, the two hands holding lungs and heart, and a lasso, by the power of samaya, I invite you. Reside on your own seat, I prostrate with reverence! Medicine offering, blood offering, tsok offering, ransom offering, offering substances, substances for practice, various samaya substances in harmony, fulfill the heart commitment of Machig Khadro, fulfill the heart commitment of Vajra Demoness, fulfill the heart commitment of Meat-Eating Mouth Mother, having fulfilled, grant power and siddhi! Praise with the greatness of the three secrets' qualities, dispel illness and obstacles into the dimension, increase life, dharma, wealth, and prosperity, may the three gatherings fall like rain, may curses and evil deeds revert to oneself. Do not transgress, Vajra Samaya! May the entrusted activities be accomplished! This is the concise prayer of Machig Dakini, the source of all desires, requested by the son with karmic connection from past practice, the monk, virtuous one, friend of the teachings, named Vajra Guna, at a time when aspiration is inevitable, written by Bhusuku, the wandering country, Sarahaheti, may it be virtuous!
