长寿五尊供赞祈愿任运成就。 长寿五尊供赞祈愿任运成就。 又，出自北方空行母心滴，长寿五尊供赞祈愿任运成就 贝扎哈让。（藏文：བི་ཛ་ཧ་རཾ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：bijaharam，汉语字面意思：种子字哈让） 吽 舍。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：吽 舍） 往昔持明自在莲花颅鬘力，中间至尊哈萨金刚，最后持明伏藏师父子，领受教言誓言具不坏誓印。 雪域藏地护国神女长寿母，玉灯度母姐妹五尊眷属等，降临于此安住喜乐之座，享用供养之物，向您托付所愿事业是，弘扬佛法守护众生安乐，此地消除疾病饥荒战乱争斗，增殖人畜财富，解救违背教令盗贼和破誓者，眷属百姓种族降下大法雨，消除不顺衰败之障碍，振兴福运，摧毁不悦耳之谣言，弘扬美名，祈愿您成办我及相关者之愿望，消除不识字者之眼翳，如实赐予明智清晰之图，我能勾召众生之识，愿三界景象庄严美丽。 如是雪域之殊胜守护神，度母长寿玉灯，以及其他名号之祈请，托付事业任运成就者，如同仲嘉香仲的舞蹈，持明咒者之殊胜，恰达波扎巴扎（法自在智贤）以教令劝请，缘起不虚，伏藏名号萨ra嘿达，从自生界中翻译而成善妙。 长寿五尊供赞祈愿任运成就。

Furthermore, from the Northern Ḍākinī's Heart Drop: Abridged Prayer to the Five Long-Life Sisters, Fulfilling All Wishes, Bija Haram. Hūṃ Hrīḥ. In the past, the Vidyādhara, the powerful King Lotus Skull Garland; in the middle, the venerable Hāsa Vajra; finally, the Vidyādhara Treasure Revealer, father and son; having received their command and samaya, possessing indestructible samaya seals. Goddess of the land of snowy Tibet, Tseringma; along with the retinue of the five sisters, Yutdrön Tenma; descend here, take your seats on the pleasing cushions, and accept these harmonious offerings. Entrusting you with the task of fulfilling our desires: propagate the Buddha's teachings, protect beings, and increase happiness. In this land, avert disease, famine, conflict, and strife. Increase the prosperity of people and livestock, and liberate those who steal the teachings and break their vows. Shower the retinue, subjects, and lineage with a great rain of Dharma. Eliminate unfavorable obstacles of decline, and raise the windhorse. Subdue unpleasant rumors and proclaim fame. May you accomplish the wishes of myself and those connected to me. Remove the cataracts from the eyes of the illiterate, and bestow clear visions of wisdom, just as they are. May I attract the consciousness of sentient beings, and may the three realms be adorned with beauty. Thus, the supreme guardian of the snowy land, Tenma Tsering Yutdrön, and other prayers by name, entrusting the task of fulfilling all wishes, like the dance of Dumgya Shangtröm, the supreme of those who hold knowledge mantras, Chöwang Prajñā Bhadra, urged by command, the interdependent connection is unfailing, the treasure name Sara Hita, translated from the self-arisen space, may it be virtuous.
