Swallow the warm heart blood in gulps, stir the white brain like yogurt, pour the essence of the senses onto the ground, let the planets, nagas, and rakshasas be confused, obtain saliva, diseases, and plagues, arrows and bows strike the enemy's heart, the nine heads show bad omens to the enemy, a thousand crows make wailing sounds, please let the thousand eyes be the guardians of the teachings, with the fiery light of your own fire, burn the enemy's country into ashes with hot salt! Sage Khyabjuk Rahula, the four-faced assembly of gods and demons, enjoy the offering of flesh and blood red torma, give the enemy who destroys the teachings as food, devour them completely! 扎纳！你没有慈悲心吗？说护法没有力量，你没有事业的力量吗？不要懈怠，不要拖延，罗睺罗！奉命居住的四位面母姐妹，二十八星宿，以及眷属天魔军队众，如持明传承的教言，不要错乱，不要遗漏，怨敌和魔障，交付于你，委托于你，我交付于你！消灭吧，降伏吧，玛拉亚！时机已到，有力量者！将朵玛和怨敌二者，一同享用，成办事业！如果违背我的命令，你也将违背誓言，将在无间地狱中煎熬，将被忿怒至尊摧毁，教法将衰败没落。因此，不要违背誓言，守护教法的傲慢仙人你！成办玛拉亚的事业吧！如此便能无碍成办事业。无论瞄准何处，如雷电劈碎岩石般降下！诛杀怨敌，我方获胜，内部友善。没有此物，怨敌不会给予安乐；拥有此物，谁也无法践踏。比心还珍贵，因此藏于腋下。对于没有誓言、只会奉承的人们，落入其手，自他皆毁；交付于具有誓言、教法的光辉者，成为守护教法的武器！萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ།） 驱使仙人事业，解脱邪恶的武器。

The four face-mother sisters who reside by command, the twenty-eight constellations, and the assembly of retinue gods and demons, according to the instructions of the Vidyadhara lineage, do not mistake, do not miss, enemies and obstacles, entrust to you, I entrust to you! Subdue, vanquish, Maraya! The time has come, powerful one! Take this torma and the two enemies together, enjoy them, and accomplish the task! If you transgress my command, you too will break your oath, you will be tormented in the Avici hell, you will be destroyed by the wrathful supreme one, the doctrine will decline and degenerate. Therefore, without transgressing the oath, you, the arrogant sage who protects the doctrine! Accomplish the work of Maraya! In this way, the task will be accomplished without hindrance. Wherever you aim, let it fall like lightning shattering a rock! Kill the enemy, may I be victorious, be kind internally. Without this, the enemy will not give peace; with this, no one can trample. More precious than the heart, therefore hide it in the armpit. For those who have no oath and only flatter, if it falls into their hands, both self and others will be ruined; give it to those who have vows and are the glory of the doctrine, may it become a weapon to protect the doctrine!
