病者铁笼。 病者铁笼。 甚深断法的口诀中，名为病者铁笼。 自生智慧度，礼敬于生灭二取不着的境界。 萨玛雅。 首先修一座慈悲。 然后刹那间自己观想为玛吉空行黑母。 右手从病者的脚上，抓住并在头顶绕三圈。 观想大力插入地上。 血肉腐烂骨头腐烂都变成那样。 然后铁的容器，放入像羽毛一样的里面。 每个网眼中，都安住着一位印度圣者。 身发出火焰和愤怒的光芒，语发出啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）和吽的声音，意境安住在空明之中，念头、鬼神都放下无我。 在那样的专注点没有圆满之前，啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）念诵成百上千遍。 即使损害再大，也无疑能从邪魔中解脱。 再一个专注的收放，自己是玛吉忿怒母，身发出火焰和愤怒的小光芒，焚烧病者和病主一切。 外在的铁烧山洲，内在的光芒发出火焰和愤怒的光芒，将一切的执着都消融于法界，无我的本性得以显现。 无处可去的空性啊，阿拉拉。 啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）无量数地专注于要点。 用这个不能解脱的疾病、邪魔、障碍，什么也不可能存在。 真假都在手中掌握清楚。 特别是调伏疯癫的鬼神非常勇猛，被赞誉为调伏疾病邪魔的对治。 祈愿教敕的护法守护，交付给有缘分的智慧之子，对于没有誓言邪见者保密。 萨玛雅。 古雅。 手印融入。 断法的瑜伽要与空明和龙施二者结合。 愿甚深断法的教法在一切方、时、处兴盛广大。 吉祥。 病者铁笼。

The Sick Iron Cage. The Sick Iron Cage. From the profound Chöd instructions, it is taught as the Sick Iron Cage. Homage to the self-arisen wisdom, the perfection of wisdom, the state beyond arising and ceasing. Samaya. First, meditate on compassion for one session. Then, in an instant, visualize yourself as Machig, the Black Dakini. With your right hand, grasp the patient's foot and circle it around their head three times. Visualize planting the powerful one into the ground. Flesh and blood decay, bones decay, all become like that. Then, place the iron container inside something like a feather. Within each mesh of the net, resides a holy Indian saint. From the body, emanate flames and wrathful light; from the voice, utter the sounds of Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：cut) and Hum; the mind remains in the state of emptiness and clarity; release thoughts, spirits, and selflessness. Until such a focus is complete, recite Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：cut) hundreds of thousands of times. No matter how great the harm, there is no doubt of liberation from evil spirits. Again, from the interplay of focus, yourself as Machig Tröma, From the body, emanate flames and small wrathful lights, burning all patients and disease-causing spirits. In the outer world, the iron-burned mountain continents; in the inner space, flames and wrathful light emanate, scattering all clinging thoughts into the expanse; meet the face of selflessness. Nowhere to go, empty and clear, Alala. Focus on the essential points with countless Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：cut) recitations. With this, there is no disease, evil spirit, or obstacle that cannot be liberated. Truth and falsehood are clearly in hand. Especially courageous in subduing mad spirits, praised as the antidote to subduing disease and evil spirits. May the Dharma protectors of the command watch over, entrust it to the fortunate, intelligent son; keep it secret from those without vows and with wrong views. Samaya. Guhya. Symbol merges. The yoga of Chöd should be combined with both clarity-emptiness and Kalu Rinpoche. May the profound teachings of Chöd flourish and spread in all directions, times, and places. Mangalam.
