First, at a spring's royal lineage place, in that place, exercise control, focusing on the assembly of gods and nagas, make this call for rain: "Ke ke'i! White gods dwelling in this region and land, black demons, red tsen spirits, yellow nyen spirits, mottled planets, disease-sending mothers, treasure-owning kings, wealthy nagas, especially earth-owners, naga-nyen spirits, local deities, and land-holders dwelling in this great gathering place of nyen spirits, listen! I, as a messenger, am conveying this message to the arrogant assembly of gods and demons, do not transgress the order! I request the accomplishment of rain! If at the time of breaking the oath, those who do not accomplish the activity of Vajrapani, Jnana Pancha Garuda, and Nirmana, the secret holders of the hearts of all buddhas, those who deceive and mislead, may their heads burst like an Arjaka flower!
