The obstacle that harms, the circumstance that obstructs, the one who attacks life without forgiveness, the one who steals food and wealth without agreement, the one who imposes debts without cause, the enemy who envies, competes, and plants hatred, the litigant, the enemy, the fighter, the robber in the high mouth, the horseman on the saddle, the thief in the low valley cave, the one who holds the rope, the one who sets up a theft, the one who lurks to steal, the one who quarrels and litigates, the one who says there is no power and no god, and so on. In short, all enemies who hold evil thoughts in their minds and take up harsh actions in their hands
