This instruction on reversing the essence of the heart, a sequence to be practiced, is oneself as the wrathful Lord, the color of the body is red, the nature of fire, one face, two hands, three eyes glaring, four fangs bared, proclaiming a roaring sound, the two hands holding various weapons, in the center of an eight-spoked wheel made of gold and meteoric iron, generate a single terrifying form, contemplate cutting and destroying curses, enemies, and obstacles. During the recitation of the mantra, contemplate that all the gods and demons who are turned back by the curse itself, turn back on the curse itself, causing the curser to suffer the consequences of their own actions. May the harming curser inflict their own destruction upon themselves! May they cut off their own life! May they eat their own flesh! May they destroy their own corpse! May the curser's own deities become their executioners! Mara Ya! Utsataya Phat! Hūṃ! May all the deluded curses of self-appearance dissolve into the unfathomable nature of non-objectification! From the perfected awareness of the self-arisen Buddha, the heart essence of original liberation, Ala La! This reversing, which is deeper than this, is the rare and supreme outer and inner, there is nothing more excellent than all the treatises, therefore, seal it in your heart! If spread widely on the earth, it will destroy the power of all mantra practitioners, therefore, other than a single lineage transmission, it is a great offense to proclaim it to the public!
