From the Innermost Secret Ḍākinī's Mind Drop: The Entrance to the Gaṇacakra of Vajrakīla, the Ocean of Merit, is present. Homage to the Great Glorious Heruka! For the sake of completing the accumulations of future beings, I reveal the Entrance to the Ocean of Merit. With palāśa and nimadana wine as the main substances, accumulate enjoyment. Begin on an auspicious day and time. By the yoga of Vajrakīla, the first blessing sequence is: dispel obstacles by reciting the action mantra. The purification of the gaṇacakra substances is as follows: Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ. Three times. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Three times. Clearly visualize yourself as the deity. From the heart, Raṃ burns away the clinging to reality. Yaṃ arises as wind, destroying habitual patterns. Khaṃ arises as water, washing away dualistic clinging. Oṃ purifies impure stains. Āḥ increases it into uncontaminated nectar. Hūṃ transforms it into the desired objects of the gaṇacakra. Vast, deep, beautifully arranged and excellent. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Three times. Hūṃ! Guru, yidam, ḍākinīs, dharma protectors, oath-bound ones, treasure lords, the assembly of Vajrakīla deities, descend! Enjoy the cloud-like mass of gaṇacakra nectar. Grant me longevity, power, and enjoyment. Ghaṇa Cakra Pūja Ho! In between, recite this confession: Ho! Assembly of Vajrakumāra deities, pay attention to me! From beginningless lifetimes until now, vows of individual liberation, bodhisattva vows, mantra vows, violations, transgressions, and downfalls, without concealing, I confess and purify with the offering of the gaṇacakra. Grant the supreme accomplishment of Brahmā at this time! Oṃ Samaya! Āḥ Samaya! Hūṃ Samaya! Heruka Sattva Samaya, etc., confess downfalls with the hundred-syllable mantra. Hook and summon enemies and obstructors to the end of the gaṇacakra substances. Generate a brub khung and perform the hooking and summoning. Hūṃ Bhyo! From the realm of dharma, the self-arisen accomplished deity, from the great charnel ground where Kīla plays, the great powerful one who subdues the unruly oath-breakers, Vajrakumāra, endowed with fierce power, hook, liberate, and burn the harming sorcerers. The right hand's iron vajra destroys the sorcerers. The left hand's iron kīla draws out the life and merit of the sorcerers. Transform the consciousness, the syllable A, into the son of Samantabhadra. The life and merit, the syllable Ṇi, gather into my heart. May the flesh, blood, aggregates, and elements be enjoyed by the Kīla protectors. Accomplish the four activities spontaneously. Enjoy the flesh, blood, and bones of the harming sorcerers.

Please accept and enjoy the offerings to the Three Roots Protectors, Kharam Khahe! Hum Ho! Through this virtue, may the demons of ignorance and delusion realize the meaning of the self-arisen wisdom essence. May the three circles be completely purified and greatly expanded, and may all be liberated into the expanse of Samantabhadra's realization at once! Then, the excellent remnants of the glorious yogi, together with the father lineage of the command, bless the washing water. Invite the guests with Phem! Dedicate well with these words. Hum Ho! Hosts who uphold the command wheel of Vajrakilaya, white moon petals, yellow sun petals, red fire petals, green wind petals, twenty-eight powerful ones, six Vajra Krodha Wrathful Ones, protectors of Kilaya, directional guardians, and the Robber Mothers, white-sided earth lords, and the assembly empowered by the remainder of the offering. Please accept the remainder of the torma and washing water. May the yogis destroy enemies and protect the teachings. May curses and black magic rebound on the perpetrators. Pacify diseases, wars, and the decline of political power. Be companions in life with benefit and happiness. Sarva Utsuta Balingta Khahe! The remainder should be taken to a clean place outside. Afterwards, recite auspicious prayers. Uphold the vows, torma dedication, and protect the teachings. Whether general or specific dances are performed, there is no contradiction. The benefits are beyond words. May the vast wisdom of the two accumulations be accomplished. May there be happiness for all in the temporary and ultimate states.
