Longevity Hook, Immortal Wisdom. Longevity Hook, Immortal Wisdom. From the heart essence of the secret Dakini, reveals the Longevity Hook, Immortal Wisdom. I prostrate to the one blazing with a thousand lights. In this profound practice of longevity, I strive for the ultimate accomplishment of longevity hooking, may blessings and wisdom arise. This recitation is sufficient for one session. Empty the vase breath and recite Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable). At the end of the session, the five-colored arrow banner, Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable).
