Three family protectors and the Medicine Buddha, Orgyen Padmasambhava, Tso Gyal, and the inseparable Lungrik Lingpa, please remember me! Alas, alas! In these degenerate times of the five corruptions, those who practice Dharma and accomplish realization are rare. The great scholars are deceived by demons, those who act like accomplished ones are imposters, and false treasure revealers lead astray with wrong paths. A few who uphold the precepts feign purity, lay men and women learn to practice Dharma, while many others are disheartened. Among them, some are emanations of Bodhisattvas, benefiting beings with hidden conduct, engaging in activities to cure epidemics, and rarely acknowledging evil births. Although there are many different kinds of treasures, the practice of compassion is like the sun after dawn. Good and bad qualities will manifest later, and those who lead astray with wrong paths, like the evening sun on a high mountain. The effects of actions will be known later, likewise, my profound Dharma is the Dakini's code, the treasure held in the heart of Orgyen Tangyal. Chupho Tokden, a name that benefits beings until the end of existence, the teachings of Padmasambhava subdue most beings. The hidden treasure of Samten Yeshe Ling, here I spread the essential heart instructions. Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Oath). The benefits are beyond words, one mantra is enough to heal beings. Rare on earth, Emaho! Those with Bodhicitta should apply this to the key points. If the color of the urine is blue, it is a sign of excessive cold. If the clear and turbid separate and rot, it is a sign of declining life force and impending death. Heat causes the blood color to become smoky, and touching the tongue will cause a sour taste. If there are many small bubbles, and many crackling sounds, it is a sign of demonic influence.
