药女朵玛简供·除病甘露沐浴。 药女朵玛简供·除病甘露沐浴。 甚深秘密空行心滴中，药女朵玛简供·除病甘露沐浴。 恭敬顶礼药神，药女之供养仪轨是：于合意之殿堂中，以三白粉制白圆形，边缘饰以朵玛食子白甜物，周围以五种妙欲善严饰，瑜伽士以药师佛之禅定，迎请药女，祈请安住于前方虚空中。 吽 舍 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ) 从无为离戏之广阔虚空中，祈请药女降临，安住于莲花月垫之上，身语意三恭敬顶礼，献上内外密之供养云，赞颂身语意功德。 药女除痛苦，示现无数幻化身，尤其寂静之药女，身色洁白如海螺，具足相好光灿灿，一面二目含笑颜，双手弹奏琵琶笛，双足立于莲月垫，悦耳饰品铃铃响，绸缎飘带幡簇簇，赞叹示现不定之神变。 尤其祈请您成办之事业是：若有扰乱四大之疾病侵扰，祈请以慈悲之妙药甘露救治；从四百零四种疾病之战场中，祈请成就彻底胜利之事业；从八万不悦意之鬼神中，祈请成为彻底解脱之助伴；四种事业所托付之任何事，祈请无碍如意胜吉祥。 如是药女之供养仪轨是，修持之具缘士夫们，消除不悦意之违缘，一切顺缘皆成就，于无誓言邪见者保密，愿成为具信士夫众之吉祥！ 曼扎 咕哈 萨玛雅 （藏文：མནྟྲ་གུ་ཧྱ་ས་མ་ཡཱ༔，梵文天城体：मंत्र गुह्य समय，梵文罗马拟音：mantra guhya samaya，汉语字面意思：真言 秘密 誓言）。 三丹益西林巴从觉受等持之匣中取出，芒嘎拉姆（藏文：མངྒ་ལཾ༔）。 药女朵玛简供·除病甘露沐浴。

From the Secret Heart Drop of the Dakinis: Abridged Torma Offering to the Medicine Goddess: A Nectar Bath that Cures Illness. Humbly I bow to the Medicine Goddess. The method of offering to the Medicine Goddess is as follows: In a pleasant dwelling, make white, round shapes from the flour of the three whites. Adorn the edges with torma offerings of white, sweet substances. Decorate the surroundings beautifully with the five desirable qualities. Through the samadhi of the yogi Medicine Buddha, invite the Medicine Goddess. May she joyfully abide in the space before you. Hūṃ hrīḥ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ) From the vast expanse of the unconditioned, free from elaboration, I invite the Medicine Goddess to come. Be seated upon a lotus and moon cushion in a delightful garden. I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind. I offer a cloud of outer, inner, and secret offerings. I praise the qualities of body, speech, and mind. Medicine Goddess, reliever of suffering, manifesting countless emanations, especially the peaceful Medicine Goddess, whose complexion is white like a conch shell, possessing the radiant marks and signs, with one face and two smiling eyes, playing a lute and flute with her two hands, standing gracefully upon a lotus and moon cushion, with melodious ornaments jingling, silk banners and pennants fluttering, I praise her for performing unfathomable miracles. Especially, I entrust you with the task: If diseases arise that disturb the elements, please heal them with the compassionate great medicine of nectar. From the battlefield of the four hundred and four diseases, please accomplish the activity of complete victory. From the eighty thousand unwanted harmful spirits, I beseech you to be the companion who completely liberates. Whatever task is entrusted to the four activities, please accomplish it without hindrance, surpassing all glory, just as one wishes. Thus, the method of offering to the Medicine Goddess is that for those virtuous individuals who practice it, unwanted obstacles will be cleared away, and all favorable aims will be accomplished. Keep it secret from those with no vows and wrong views. May it be glorious for all faithful individuals!
