I respectfully bow to the eight Sugatas. Friend who dispels the darkness of beings, words of praying to the Sugatas. Called the Honest Aspiration. Obtain this with faith, respect, and devotion. In the past, from the realm of Vaiḍūrya Light, I pray to the Sugata, the King of Medicine. Avert the diseases and obstacles that cause interruptions in life, and bestow blessings and prophecies on the land of great bliss. Those who made vows and promises in the past, I pray to the seven Bhagavan Sugatas. Avert the diseases and obstacles that cause interruptions in life, and bestow blessings and prophecies on the land of great bliss. Acting for the benefit of beings as vast as the endless realms, I pray to the eight Bodhisattvas. Avert the diseases and obstacles that cause interruptions in life, and bestow blessings and prophecies on the land of great bliss. Made vows and promises in the presence of the Sugatas, I pray to the Yaksha retinue. Avert the diseases and obstacles that cause interruptions in life, and bestow blessings and prophecies on the land of great bliss. Being servants of the command, holding the balance of good and bad, I pray to the seven great king protectors, the goddesses of medicine. I pray to avert the diseases and obstacles of the four elements, and bestow blessings and prophecies on the field of great bliss. Consider the faithful son and bless him, from the objects of refuge radiate five-colored light. Touch me and other beings and purify the two obscurations, complete the two great accumulations, and spontaneously accomplish the two benefits. May the two sacred bodies be manifested and enlightenment be attained. As said, the excellent qualities of Dharma, purify the obscurations of beings and obtain happiness. At the time of death, may the seven Sugatas welcome you, and proceed to the irreversible ground. There is no doubt that Buddhahood will be attained, this is the Dharma that flourishes in this life and the next. I, Orgyen, advise my retinue, like a father handing over wealth to his son. Padma-śāsana-dhara, the son praised by the master's prophecy, was taken from the ocean of intention for the sake of encouragement.
