至尊米拉上师瑜伽，成就如意宝藏。 至尊米拉上师瑜伽，成就如意宝藏。 顶礼恩德无与伦比之上师！至尊上师之瑜伽，乃成就如意之宝藏，无繁琐之修持，于此展示！萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ།）诶玛霍！（藏文：ཨེ་མ་ཧོ།）三宝三根本之体性总集者，至尊欢笑金刚前，吾等恭敬祈请庇护！为令众生安置于圆满正觉佛陀之果位，吾等修持至尊上师之身语意密！阿！（藏文：ཨཱཿ）轮涅诸法皆超离心识，其即原始本初之心性，未悟众生生起大悲力。自身观为庸常，于顶门之上，莲花日月垫之上，自明即是具义之上师尊，至尊哈萨金刚是也。身色紫黑，寂静而喜悦微笑，发髻如柳，乌黑油亮庄严，耳饰以海螺之涡眼装饰，右手扶面颊，神态悠然歌唱，左手作休息之手印，双足半跏趺坐，优雅而威猛。身着蓝色内衣，白色法衣，念珠绕于腕间，专注慈爱于具信之子，誓言与智慧无二别。于心间清净之明点上，玛尔巴大师秋吉洛哲（藏文：མར་སྟོན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བློ་གྲོས་）乃诸佛总集之自性，以大悲加持众生。于顶门之上，部主金刚萨埵，周围三根本护法围绕，诸位本尊，祈请赐予吾等身语意之所有成就，除您之外，别无他求，祈请赐予今生来世之安乐，祈请赐予见修行果达到究竟，祈请令吾相续成熟解脱，从四灌顶之基处，消除脉、明点、风之障碍，愿此生证得大迁转！嗡啊吽 玛哈 guru 哈萨班匝 嘎雅瓦嘎 चित्त 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽！（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་ཧ་ས་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཀྐཱ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हूँ महा गुरु हस वज्र काय वाक् चित्त सर्व सिद्धि फल हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ mahā guru hasa vajra kāya vāk citta sarva siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，大 गुरु 哈萨金刚 身语意，一切成就，赐予 吽！）此乃加持之香气，超越凡夫之思维，不依赖文字而以意义开显，见闻忆念皆能利益众生。应具信之巴扬之劝请，无有佛法之萨拉哈瓦（藏文：ས་ར་ཧི་ཏ）所说。善哉！ 至尊米拉上师瑜伽，成就如意宝藏。

I prostrate to the Guru, whose kindness is unparalleled! The Yoga of the Jetsun Guru is a treasure fulfilling all desires for accomplishments. This practice without elaboration is shown here! Samaya! Emaho! The essence of the Three Jewels and Three Roots combined, Jetsun Smiling Vajra, I take refuge in you! In order to establish all beings in the omniscient Buddhahood, I will accomplish the secret three of the Jetsun Guru! Ah! All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are beyond the mind; that very nature of mind is primordial. Compassion arises for beings who have not realized it. My own ordinary body, on the crown of my head, above a lotus, sun, and moon seat, my own awareness is the Guru, the Lord of Meaning. Jetsun Hasa Vajra, his body is purplish-black, peaceful and smiling. His hair is like willow branches, dark, oily, and majestic. His ears are adorned with conch shell whorls. His right hand supports his cheek, taking pleasure in song. His left hand makes the gesture of rest. His two legs are in a half-lotus posture, elegant and brave. He wears a blue undergarment and a white Dharma robe. A meditation cord of empowerment color is wrapped around his wrist. He directs his mind to the devoted son. Commitment and wisdom are inseparable. In the heart, on a clear drop, Marpa Chokyi Lodro is the essence of all Buddhas. Bless beings with great love. On the crown of my head is Vajrasattva, the Lord of the Family, surrounded by the Three Roots and protectors. All you deities, grant me all the accomplishments of the secret three. I have no other hope than you. Grant me happiness and well-being in this life and the next. Grant me the ultimate view, meditation, and action. Ripen and liberate my mind-stream. From the ground of the four empowerments, purify the obscurations of the channels, drops, and winds. May I achieve great transference in this life!
