祈请，救脱非时死亡之怖畏，障碍自解脱。 祈请，救脱非时死亡之怖畏，障碍自解脱。 甚深空行心髓中，祈请救脱非时死亡之怖畏，障碍自解脱。顶礼一切智者！对于非时死亡的八种怖畏，为了遣除不顺，作此祈请：以无有虚伪的至诚，以坚定的三信，如是说：莲师五身八名号，僧侣五人萨弥七，臣民二十五，汉藏之，译师班智达，大伏藏师一百零八，小伏藏师千万等，法主传承上师们，祈请救脱非时死亡八，疾病饥荒刀兵及四大的敌人，从八大与十六大怖畏中，救护，成就所愿，任运成就。三宝、三根本、三身，以及体性、自性、大悲三者，见、行、修与乐明无，分别自心法界中，幻化寂怒八教尊，四续六续九乘次第之，所有本尊坛城众，祈请救脱非时死亡八，疾病饥荒刀兵及四大的敌人，从八大与十六大怖畏中，救护，成就所愿，任运成就。法界五部母，猪面五部天女及，大母度母，狮面空行母五部，二十一度母，具力空行母，处所与地域之护法空行母，祈请救脱非时死亡八，疾病饥荒刀兵及四大的敌人，从八大与十六大怖畏中，救护，成就所愿，任运成就。男系怙主，女系吉祥天母，曜母、多吉列巴、命修红善巴，拉杂五身，赤玛、财神八部，四大天王，藏热斯怙主等，经续部海之护法们，祈请救脱非时死亡八，疾病饥荒刀兵及四大的敌人，从八大与十六大怖畏中，救护，成就所愿，任运成就。此乃法界空行之密语，非凡夫之分别念境。从法界之盒中取出法界之法，以无欺金刚之教言赞叹。萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）。应施主吉祥之劝请，持法相之图单之名者。

For the eight fears of untimely death, this supplication to avert inauspiciousness: With unwavering sincerity, with steadfast three faiths, say this: Padmasambhava's five bodies and eight names, the five monks and the seven awakened ones, the twenty-five subjects of Tibet and China, the translators and great panditas, one hundred and eight, the minor treasure revealers, millions and billions, to the Dharma lords, root and lineage lamas, Supplication: Saving from the eight untimely deaths, the enemies of disease, famine, weapons, and the four elements, from the eight great and sixteen great fears, protect us, accomplish our wishes, spontaneously fulfill them. The Three Jewels, Three Roots, Three Kayas, and the three of Essence, Nature, and Compassion, View, Conduct, Meditation, and Bliss-Clarity-Non-Thought, Conceptualization, one's own mind, the Dharmadhatu, the illusory peaceful and wrathful deities of the Eight Commands, the Yidams of the four, six, and nine Yana levels, to all the assemblies of deities, Supplication: Saving from the eight untimely deaths, the enemies of disease, famine, weapons, and the four elements, from the eight great and sixteen great fears, protect us, accomplish our wishes, spontaneously fulfill them. The five consorts of the Dhatu, the five deities of Vajravarahi, the Great Mother Tara, the five Lion-Faced Dakinis, the twenty-one Taras, the powerful Dakinis, the Mamos and Dakinis of places and lands, Supplication: Saving from the eight untimely deaths, the enemies of disease, famine, weapons, and the four elements, from the eight great and sixteen great fears, protect us, accomplish our wishes, spontaneously fulfill them. The male lineage Gonpo, the female lineage Pal Lhamo, Rahula, Dorje Lekpa, the life-accomplishing Red Shanpa, the five Raja bodies, Tsi Mar, the eight wealth deities, the Four Great Kings, Tsang Risi Gonpo, etc., to the protectors of the ocean of Sutra and Tantra, Supplication: Saving from the eight untimely deaths, the enemies of disease, famine, weapons, and the four elements, from the eight great and sixteen great fears, protect us, accomplish our wishes, spontaneously fulfill them. This is the symbolic language of the Dakinis of the Dhatu, not the object of ordinary minds. From the box of the Dhatu, the Dharma of the Dhatu, praised by the infallible Vajra words. Samaya. At the urging of the benefactor Gelek, the one who holds the form of the Dharma, named Thubten.
