Two exceedingly vast hands at the heart, Wield a hooked knife, skull cup, and wondrous bell, With a rounded stance, two feet stamping upon the, Hearts of enemies and obstructors, shaking the three realms, I salute. Adorned with an extremely beautiful jeweled silk diadem, Repulsive snakes and bone ornaments arrayed, A horrifying garland of blood-dripping heads, I praise the hero clad in a tiger skin loincloth. The essence of the five families, a great garuda soars in the sky, Black birds circle, black dogs bark and howl, Foxes flee, black men sing dirges, I salute the emanated messengers who slay enemies and obstructors. Haha, overturning the city of desire, anger, and delusion, Hum hum, shattering the rocky mountain of grasping and fixation, Phat phat, the hearts of demons and misleaders utterly split, I salute the wrathful speech that terrifies the three realms. Although all elaborations are pacified, realizing the Dharmakaya, Knowing that the wicked cannot be subdued by peaceful means, Therefore, knowing the means to subdue through wrathful manifestations, I salute the mind that possesses the power to discipline and guide. The one mother of the Buddhas of the three times, glorious Paldenma, With one face possessing three eyes, bared fangs, Subduing the three realms, one braid hanging to the left, I salute the great mother who nourishes the three realms. Subduing the desire realm, the powerful goddess of the desire realm, Chief of the dakinis, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of dakinis, Dwelling in a sea of blood, adorned with drops of blood, I salute the terrifying mother with terrifying weapons. Four faces protecting beings with four activities, Four fangs utterly destroying the four maras, Four hands holding various weapons, guarding the four tantras, I salute the four-faced one possessing four sisters. From your wisdom mind, Emanating as protectors praised in teachings, Guarding the precious treasury of the doctrine, All the ocean of oath-bound ones with their retinues. Please accept this torma enhanced by samadhi, mantra, and mudra, And these samaya substances and offerings, As commanded by the Vajradhara Guru. May all illnesses, evil spirits, and others' curses, Of us yogis, teachers, and retinue, All obstacles to practicing the sacred Dharma be pacified, May life, merit, power, and enjoyment, All favorable conditions be completely fulfilled. May all upholders of the doctrine have long lives, May the precious doctrine spread in the ten directions, May all enemies and obstructors who harm the doctrine be subdued, May all beings pervaded by the doctrine be happy. This praise to the protectors of the Sakya lineage, called 'The Great Drum of Victory,' was composed by Sakyapa Gelong Sonam Senge at the Black Horse Golden Island Monastery, who touched the lotus feet of the venerable Kunga Zangpo and his sons with the supreme devotion of body, speech, and mind. May it be the sole medicine for the suffering of beings, May it be the source of all happiness, May the doctrine, along with gain and respect, Remain long in this world!
